The possibility would appear to have been raised that your last declared holding of 9.82% is no longer accurate. In view of the weakness of the share price due to a seller being at work perhaps the suggestion is it might be you.
Perhaps you could put this to bed by confirming that your last declared holding remains accurate at 9.82%.

A large shareholder Mark White gave his comments on the Satoshipay zoom call yesterday:

It is clear this is the biggest opportunity in SATOSHIPAYS history and if they get this right then all the rest is exactly that "History". This could also be Meinhards last chance, so I think he know he needs to nail it. The good thing is I believe Meinhard is having more support in developing and creating Pendulum than he has ever had before, which is why I believe he/they will get this right. The fact Stellar are so supportive of Meinhard and Pedulum itself speaks volumes. Yes it is quiet here at the moment, but I am confident it could get fairly exciting here pretty quickly as things develop

We had a chance to zoom in as long as we were not otherwise engaged at 4pm. Do you know if a recording of the call is available?
A poster on another bb who did attend posted this short comment:

There was no talk of anything price sensitive. As far as i know they are trying to complete a fund raise for Pendulum at the moment and rumours are that this will be completed soon. Do you think that is a good summary or were there other important points that you would be kind enough to share with us.

what have Satoshipay done to deserve interest from ANY BLU shareholder, was it newsworthy, was it price sensitive, if not i dont care anyway.

FAR too many false dawns with Satoshipay, back and forth but never any substance, will Pendulum prove to be just another oscillation ?

It was in the main a technical overview of Pendulum showing what it can do. Meinhard and his colleague seemed v excited by Pendulum being, i quote, ' a huge opportunity for Satoshipay'. There was no talk of anything price sensitive. As far as i know they are trying to complete a fund raise for Pendulum at the moment and rumours are that this will be completed soon. This was not discussed at all during the zoom call, they were very careful not to divulge any details.

New Technologies feature prominently so no down playing of Satoshipay. The chatter about Pendulum is getting louder and should start to get BLU noticed again.
