888ICB, Tony has informed us this morning from a simple phone call that all seems to be going well with Dynasty and up dated us on the Covid issue with Meinhard.
This is just something that Derek could update us on while everything else is ticking along.

Not involving shareholders with any sort of news is discouraging.
While i agree he can't miraculously bring news from nothing, he can keeps us updated with snippets, just like Tony has done.

It really does come across like he's just not bothered.
Taking the Guild post speaks volumes.
Thanks

I don't want to write a script for him, but it would be helpful, perhaps, if he gave BLU's shareholders the impression that he is actually alive and kicking and not just a figment of our imaginations.:-) Considering BLU have quite a few Investee Companies in their portfolio wouldn't you think that the newsflow should be better?

When you say marketing and communications presumably you are advocating Derek giving interviews to Proactive and others banging the drum for BLU. I agree it is sometime since he gave an interview but he is of course constrained by having to wait for news from the underlying investments(which he can’t control)if he wants to have something new to say.
Perhaps someone would like to suggest a script for him so he knows what we want him to say.

Do you think Derek Lew is embarrassed? If he isn't, he should be. The marketing and communications - lack of it - is quite atrocious. The Board of Directors need to get a grip and stop the bleeding.

We should have news fairly soon now Meinhard is back at work. He seems very pleased with his travel freedom for the next six months which is no doubt very important when you are promoting a global payments system DTRANSFER in conjunction with Pendulum. If they can succeed with this the rewards can be very great as shown by Wise and Revolut. This is one of the hottest investment areas at the moment so let’s hope they have cracked it.

I would like to form my opinion on business fundamentals such as contract wins, contracted revenues, actual revenues and profits but unfortunately Satoshipay virtually have none of the above

It’s just frustrating that it seems to be one excuse after the next whilst promising jam tomorrow

LOL you only see what you want to see kernel_pitt.

"ceo of surviving covid" - Hmmm what do you think that could mean.

"complete travel freedom for next 6 months" - Now why would he say this. Could it possibly be because he now has covid antibodies, because he has just survived covid?? and therefore will be able to avoid quarantine via antibody testing while they remain in his bloodstream (thought to be around 6 months)??

Surely SatoshiPay didn't come to a complete halt just because Meinhard was in quarantine for ten days. Really?

I got the impression that Tony's appointment to Guild was a stop gap because of the sudden departures of the previous chairman or is that just wishful thinking on my part.

Might be news for Sthaler Fingopay

Quick update, I understand that the token raise for Pendulum is ongoing and has been delayed a few weeks due to Meinhard being unwell with covid. I also spoke to a significant shareholder in Dynasty and they are very encouraged by the company's recent progress. Finally, picking up on nico's point, I do agree that Derek's move to chairman of Guild is unhelpful to blue.

Chocolate fireguard no #2 has filtered me

Good riddance I say. 888 couldn't even answer my extremely simple question relating to his comments about Tony's speculative post.

He claimed it was all fact, where as I have actually proved from the language used in the post that it was more speculative rather than fact, using the words 'hope' 'if' and 'i would expect'....

Any posts with those words in like pure speculation to me!

We are now 7 completed months into 2021 and still no signs of revenue or breakthroughs with major contract wins at chocolatefireguardpay. I remember all the posts at the start of the year from other bulletin board members saying 'things have to change in 2021'..... what's changed so far? I'll tell you..... sweet F.A! At this rate, we will all be saying the exact same thing in another 5 months time lol.

Stellar are feeding Satoshipay with cash because they are running validator nodes for them - simple as. It just gets window dressed as R&D or whatever nonsense they can come up with between them.

Its interesting how they haven't invested in Satoshipay, but instead poured money into Moneygram - How can they do this if Stellar are a non profit business??? Perhaps they did their due diligence on Satoshipay and saw that they were also a 'non-profit' business and decided to proceed with Moneygram instead.

.... failed RTO
...... Tony not negotiating a seat on the board of Satoshipay when he invested
..... the thumping EUR 3.2m loss in 2019 despite CEO Meinhard saying they had a 'successful 2019'
.....boasted about having EUR 1M in micropayment transactions..... after six whole years.
..... a whopping 11 clients signed for B2B
.... all that time and money wasted to send meinhard jet setting around the globe talking tripe instead of building a viable business.

all whilst being told there's going to be jam tomorrow....

From where I'm sat it's just one calamity after another

I think we are all fully aware that Satoshipay are working on Pedulum with the full support of Stellar. If Tony is correct we should have an update on this soon and it could be transformative for DTransfer and Satoshipay. I am sure Derek is on the case but like the other shareholders of Satoshipay we will have to await the announcement by the Company.

"an illogical deranged deramper"

really

how about a frustrated blu shareholder?

are frustrated shareholders not allowed to have a voice on this bb

without 888 attempting to trash some valid comments

i will be delighted if SatoshiPay eventually deliver

but as Tony Fabrizi did point out -------

there is a lack of urgency within the company

& with such a large stake invested

surely Derek Lew shud be asking meinhard some searching ?s

on behalf of BLU's shareholders
