12/4/2021 22:42 | UIpath is chasing a different market now and taking on Microsoft RPA. MS offer their equivalent for free and why UIpath is in a rush to IPO. Look at the new Forrester RPA report, where PRSM was once a leader and where MS suddenly leapt ahead of most. It is anyone’s guess what will happen to this space now there are 100s of vendors and open source accelerating. PRSM should keep the high ground on quality over quantity perhaps! | dannyboylife
12/4/2021 17:30 | It is a Mystery why PRSM officials sold their shares. I would like to understand the reasoning. I also note that none of the UK tech fund managers own the shares. Why not? Maybe they are not convinced about its future prospects? Any thoughts..... | sunnysideup1
12/4/2021 17:27 | Uipath IPO has been filed. It made a loss on $600m of revenues. And expected to be valued at $25bn .That is 40 times revenues. Granted it is growing at a faster rate than PRSM but even so PRSMis at the wrong price. They need to pull their f8nger out and float on NasDaq. Uk institutions are muppets.if they are not careful this is another Uk tech company that will be bought out on the cheap. | sunnysideup1

29/3/2021 13:39 | "Or just frustration of the share price ?" Frustration with the CEO's frustration at the share price maybe! | mccore
29/3/2021 13:24 | Expect UiPath IPO within the next month or so - they are required to file public S-1 at least three weeks before IPO date. Most likely the S-1 was filed as late as possible to protect sensitive information. | mccore
29/3/2021 13:22 | Was there anything behind some of the relatively low re-election votes at the AGM? Or just frustration of the share price ? | orm5
29/3/2021 11:22 | UiPath have 6000 customers (as per S-1), not 8000. Yes, it's hugely positive - UiPath currently valued at 57 times sales Blue Prism is at 8.75 times sales Even allowing for a higher UiPath growth rate, BP is massively undervalued here. | mccore
29/3/2021 10:02 | Ui Path have ARR of $580m which is around 2.6x BPs. Ui Path growth numbers are 65% on ARR versus BP 21% for the same reported period. Ui Path have 8,000 customers to BP's 2,000 and have raised $1.8b to BP's $310m. As BP shareholders I take this as positive, no? | hughie1234
