Hard to see what you mean fuji99...my look at the 12 month chart shows when it gets by £14 it consolidates around £16...please correct me if I am wrong

Very interesting move and trend these last two days. If it breaches £14, then the next consolidation level will be £15.

Why would PRSM buy a "worthless company" ? If say, there is a software company that excels in a specific area and complements PB business, thus allowing PB to enter a given sector, why not ? Why for example SAP or IBM are buying tiny companies ?
Sometimes you pay for the IP to enter a specific sector by acquiring even a tiny company to get into that sector.

Excelsior he also admitted he was very wrong in one of his earlier posts that somebody dredged up.
I think its a strong case for making your own mind up rather than listening to anybody's opinion on a billboard including mine.

IMO there is some logic in raising £100 million. Probably to take over a smaller competitor or adding value by purchasing another software company with complementary application to open new routes in this sector.

With £100 million already in the bank and a decent cash flow and recurring revenue, they can afford to buy a good company to increase their weight in this industry.
Could it be the root cause for this strong rise today ?

Exceslor. Aquisition using their cash is the best idea, or build, not partner, updates to their technology. Chasing the market right now as they fall further behind is not wise. They need to execute on the territories they are in with the talent they have already invested in.

I get it that some knowledgeable traders with insight talk the stock down. However this company is listed and seems to have access to a lot of money

I feel you will struggle to right this company off, because any weakness in the company can be addressed by acquisition, or are you against this proposition as well?
