I dont believe Blue prism does AI. It builds its interface to connect to AI platforms.

Hi hazl!

The half-year "admin" costs were £27.10m up from £12.0m last half year.
Full year 2017 "admin" costs were £32.9m.
Applying the ratio of £27.1/£12.0 to £32.9m gives full year 2018 "admin" costs of £74.3m.
My previous post (#2959) had average recurring (exit run rate) revenue per customer of £75,428.

On this basis - £74.3m/£75.42k - gives 985 customers for break-even.
(This does not allow for economies of scale; which there should be).

Admin is in inverted commas because that's how they account for the software costs. COGS is almost negligible in their accounting so "admin" costs are effectively their COGS.

On my reckoning it's possible they could break-even on an operating basis this financial year to end October.
They need about 990/1000 customers to break-even and they had 700 at the half year having gathered 223 in the half-year to 30 April '18.

Doable.

Break-even would provide a boost to the share price imv.
My target £30 during calendar Q1 2019.

Congratulations on breaking the £20 barrier... I sold a decent position between 15 and 18 still great win for me.... I do hope the £20 barrier was painful for dannyboil to watch... he made my hold from £7 slightly more stressful than it needed to be. Good luck to you all and if my past performance is anything to go by Blue Prism is going to rocket from here!
