Jarvis4, you could be right. However, the SEC did take on Goldmans regarding their role in the crisis and levied a charge of fraud. They settled beforehand. In many cases, the SEC has gone after the company and the main perpetrators. However, these companies are smart and sail very close to illegality, so the evidence gathering takes time. Can this be claimed of the shorting gang? The tactics are pretty obvious and in the case of Blinkx, officials need only ask a few questions at the door of BlackRock.I have some faith still in justice, but it is slowly ebbing.

Lol. JonCkey, everyone on these, apart from you obviously, have been amazed at how TW has conducted himself over the last few years. He is far from an Investigative Journalist. Bear Raids and shorting is not new, but, in most people's eyes, he has set himself up as the public face of these operations and hence has a following that join these shorts.

Stocky.....don't get your hopes up. The amount of illegal activity undertaken by the "too big to fail" banks nearly brought countries to their knees yet how many bankers are in jail and have these banks been broken up? Of course not, that would be too uncomfortable for the cosy cartels. Once that is understood the lack of interest in dubious activity on AIM can be seen for what it is, too small even to look into, particularly as it mostly involves PI's.

Goldmans are widely understood to have had a hand in the falsifying of the Greek figures before they joined the Euro and look at the consequences. Anyone from Goldies had their collar felt yet?
