issued under the GBP2,000,000,000 Secured Euro Medium Term Note Programme

Further to the announcement made on 13th May, bLEND Funding plc has sold GBP10,000,000 of retained 2.922% 2054 social bonds.

The proceeds of the sale will be on-lent to Valleys to Coast Housing Limited as a further drawdown under their existing Blend loan facility.
