24/5/2021 07:15 | Excellent update. Look forward to further news but 95-96% seems very high and definitely commercial | pauliewonder
23/5/2021 16:15 | My apologies, rolo7. I meant 4m (not 3m) as 4,000,000 / 118,004,950 issued = 3.3% (above 3% threshold). It would be nice to see the South African-born entrepreneur Musk on the shareholders register and we know he has more than a passing interest in graphite. Were he to appear as a shareholder, I feel confident that would push the share price into long overdue double-digits! RB | rogerbirds
23/5/2021 14:56 | 3million shares not quite just 3% of share holding so guess it is a new shareholder that has purchased maybe Tesla tusk got bored with bitcoin! ? | rolo7
23/5/2021 14:18 | Major shareholdings notification. Am I right or mistaken in thinking that this Company is still required to issue a TR-1 notification under the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules in regard to the recent buyer of the 3m shares? Also, I'm curious about the 1m shares that changed hands on 18/5/21 @ 6.5p which would ordinarily move the price. Hmm. RB | rogerbirds
18/5/2021 10:00 | Hope you're right, echoridge. I have quite a few shares running in this already, and topped up last week with another 40k. | divmad
18/5/2021 07:31 | As the rns implies, from CALs perspective, their main reason for partial sale is to increase their own cash balance. I'm unsure what their other income is, so it makes sense. From the initial rto this would represent a decent value increase for cal.I cant envisage them selling any more at this time, they see the future value in orom and they believe bres will unlock that by going into production. For the "new" investor, I guess will be revealed in time, but being introduced by Brandon, it could just as likely be a city spiv that we've all heard of before, as it could an institutional inv.Overall, it's a positive move if only it serves to widen the register. | apfindley
18/5/2021 00:41 | Divmad - The whole point of my point of my posting was to emphasise that the best guide as to CAL's intentions going forward is the fact that they did a direct transaction with a sophisticated buyer. In other words, the very first thing the buyer will have nailed down before buying the block was either - as the RNS implies and therefore my preferred scenario - CAL, having monetised a decent amount, is now a happy holder for their balance, recognising how cheap the shares are, as BRES presses forward, or when/if CAL wishes to reduce further, they will of course go to the new shareholder first. The wording of the RNS is as precise as it is unusual and I think the company is trying to send a message if only the market would listen. | echoridge
17/5/2021 09:13 | Hefinf I am sending you my PIN and bank details via PM | volsung
17/5/2021 08:54 | BEWARE SCAM..The crypto this guy refers to (minepi) is a scam.. | apfindley
17/5/2021 08:42 | Don't bother mate. | divmad
17/5/2021 06:04 | The big question is, will CAL sell any more in this area or will they stick as a 17% shareholder from now on? | divmad
16/5/2021 17:57 | You're right of course, paulie. However, the transaction itself may be as bullish, if not more so, than the accompanying commentary, but this market is too damned cynical yet to see it. Since the buyer has bought more than 3% of the company, we shouldn't have to wait long too learn who it is. I have a feeling he/it may prove (much) more exciting to punters than the prima facia disappointment that the largest holder has reduced. In fact, I think you could see a re-rating similar to FAR if I'm right (I'm not saying its highly probable, but the likelihood is worth way more than the measly ha'penny move we've gotten so far!), based on the quality of the asset and the current valuation of a couple of graphite/ene comps. | echoridge
14/5/2021 19:34 | Interesting RNS today. The accompanying commentary gives a very positive short and long term view of the project. | pauliewonder
13/5/2021 18:09 | Big volume seller cleared?! | rolo7
04/5/2021 07:13 | Bullish statement today accompanying the commencement of stage two drilling at OC. Will continue to add in preparation of results which I expect will be very positive | pauliewonder
29/4/2021 22:53 | Nice to see a director buy RNS today. Hopefully will underpin the price and we will move back towards 10p | pauliewonder
26/4/2021 09:10 | Bought a few more at 6.42p | volsung
14/4/2021 09:08 | shortcpx tend to agrees said they would do jorc resource on project only done part of it and saving best grades to last so i guess placing on the way for new drilling program due to coviv uganda is a red country?! | rolo7
13/4/2021 14:35 | Lab delays due to covid | rolo7
13/4/2021 14:31 | Whatever time they give add double. I'm sure JORC was advised as Q3 2020 and they overran even whilst factoring in Covid. Another lot of useless chancers | shortcpx
13/4/2021 14:14 | Bought a few more at 7.48p | volsung
13/4/2021 10:58 | looks an interesting company, have bought a few for "interest" this morning. Good question by Divmad.....why not email the IR team or BOard?! | qs99
13/4/2021 09:52 | I've probably asked this before, but I think it's key. When will Bres have a firm idea that they will be able to process their flake graphite to at least 96% purity for sale on international markets? | divmad |
