There are two great times to buy AIM shares and make super profits: 1) below a recent placing price, with funds used for growth plans, 2) after a distressed or large seller has gone. On this alone, Bres is a buy. But there is a genuine excellent short- and long-term fundamental story here too.

Decent write up by proactive which outlines the plan going forward. Great time to load up before the heard arrives: https://www.proactiveinvestors.co.uk/companies/amp/news/971560

Yeah that's the risk with BRES. Liquidity isn't great. So one thing to bear in mind is that any rise without volume is likely to be difficult to sell into. However, the plus side is that this can move at light speed on any material/good news. My personal take is that this will be over 100p by 2025 when they are producing. Of course, there will be dilution, but then again this could be multiples of 100p because there is the demand going forward. Also, we could get there substantially quicker with any takeover.

Summarises how undervalued the firm are and that it is very cheap at these prices, particularly given the momentum around graphite and the EV revolution. Great thing about BRES is there are so few shares at the moment that it could multi bag and still remain very cheap

If you read their latest presentation, you will see they categorise battery grade graphite as medium/small mesh graphite grade, selling at discount prices to the top end, Jumbo/Large grade flake. I think the EV demand card is there to grab people's attention, but the real money spinner is how much they can produce at the premium end of the market.

After doing some more research I think I've just stumbled on a real gem with genuine multi bagger potential. Unbelievably 2m of the 7m valuation is cash. This isn't a a license with just a few holes. This is an actual high grade (battery grade) low cost deposit with a 20 year mining license.

I agree. This could be gobbled up by a big manufacturer at a snip at ten times the price. They have enough funds for 2022 also so no solution in the near future. Amazing grades for graphite too and at very low capex. I think we are genuinely looking at a hundred bagger by 2025.

Can't believe BRES is only 7m mcap. Huge value on offer particularly when compared to ACP at 4 times the valuation. Could BRES be an early contender for stock of the year.

The volume does include the 25m sold (as reported today in the RNS) at 3.5p. However, even removing that, it's still at 20m ish so we have a large support. Wouldn't be surprised to see this move build momentum over the coming days.

Price is wrong at the moment as my buy went through at under 4.5p which is stated as the current mid price

With such a small number of shares in issue, this could finally be the rerating on this increased volume and cal being out too.

" ... And still get in 10% below the last placing."

If you were quick!

No reason now why the share price shouldn't return swiftly to at least the placing price of 5p.

Now we know the seller, and he is cleared, we can focus on the upcoming revised JORC, this quarter, and PFS, by mid year. And still get in 10% below the last placing.
