Acquiring 5.1 is enough to trigger a notification by a significant shareholder (holding >3%) each time they change it by 1% or more. "Relevant changes" are defined as "Changes to the holding of a significant shareholder above 3% (excluding treasury shares) which increase or decrease such holding through any single percentage"

From memory I think they have got 3 working days.

It's definitely a vote of confidence from them.

I think Canaccord Genuity Group Inc may have bought 5 million of Schroders shares.

Their previous holdings were 14.5 million, according to MarketScreener website which must be out of date, and now up to 19.6 million on Blackbird Plc website, which was updated 1st June.

Not worried about Miton selling down, I'm more excited by the board member buying in at 34.90.
