Chris C. I was very heartened when I asked similar questions during the AGM, which I thought IM answered well. They said that a number of deals have been done via Tata, but none of them have been announced. Also, that many of the blue-chip clients they are engaged with are extremely shy of any public announcements, so restricting what they can communicate with us. Therefore, it's true to say that BIRD is doing better than your investment advisor (and much of the market) believes. That said, I do believe there is a disconnect between the prospects of BIRD and how this is being communicated with the investor community - including the patchy new flow and little in the way of explaining what is actually going on. Hence repeated comments of this ilk on this and other threads. I think those comments have to be acknowledged without being dismissed as de-ramping. Coming back to the AGM, and recent RNSs, we need to bear in mind that IM is a very experienced CEO (in this sector) and has invested most of his pension in BIRD - with the recent addition of £250k. If anything, at the AGM, he and the board sounded even more confident and bullish than ever before. Despite a natural inclination to want more transparency, I have reconciled myself to simply trusting a board of this calibre with opportunity of this magnitude. That is why my investment (which is pretty sizeable) is that exactly where it is.

CC,

I'm afraid you're clearly too stupid to understand the value of the intellectual property. The IP is worth a bazillion pounds.

Unfortunately Amazon, Google and Microsoft are also all too stupid to understand the value of the IP despite owning various streaming services that one might think to which a variable rate codec would be suited and having enormous revenues.

P&L sheets are antediluvian.

BIRD is all about IP which is clearly priceless but can only be understood by visionaries like NickB not by you or other buffoons like Bezos, Page and Nadella.
