Bloomberg2 There are two types of notice. This Press Release is by RNS Reach. The Stock Exchange rules say that if a deal is material it has to be released as an RNS. Material is defined as when the contract is for more than 10% of turnover or 5% of profit. On the basis of the last years published turnover (2018) the deal must be worth less than £90K but still significant hence the RNS Reach notification. It is possible (likely?) that the 2019 turnover would give a bigger sum but that is not in the public domain as the accounts haven't yet been published.

Some real, hard news at last. RNS Reach so it's worth less than £90K but nevertheless it is a good win.

The big selling point is:
"We have moved swiftly to enable our video production teams to work safely and remotely. Blackbird gives us all the tools needed to do this by providing professional grade cloud video editing and publishing capabilities in a browser, even under low bandwidth conditions."

That confirms what many have been saying on the BB but it wasn't happening and now it is.
