It doesnt take much to know that things have not improved within this H1, that certainly isnt any kind of well kept secret

Before doing any further fund raise I suggest IM and SS offer to take a salary trim

I do suspect though that IM will once again go on about about how tough the M&E sector is, at present , during the forthcoming AGM

Maybe they are sitting on some news that the Director, Customer Success is throwing in the towel ..thoroughly bored of not being able to achieve more

Annual savings of c.£600k. as a result of restructuring the Blackbird platform team, should help cushion things a bit though.

The fact that Ian is nursing losses like the rest of us is of little comfort.

The major task for the new Chair is to create a profit earning enterprise, which has been absent for some 24 years. She may well see BIRD as the business that will create her an unrivalled reputation as a non exec. She will certainly see things differently to the past members of the BoD and be willing to make decisions where she sees they are needed. It's certain that after 31/08 she has a window of opportunity that is unlikely to occur again and which will end when elevate.io is released and wins a substantial customer base. BIRD cannot afford to lose her meanwhile without seeing the risk of the share price falling to levels previously unseen.

We live in ineresting times.

Just a general Negative stance. Including this. Good news travels fast bad news is delayed. I put it to you that sales are not that good, hence the silence, and that means that Allenby will have to do yet another bailout placing within a year.

It's an oxymoron (e.g "old news" "organised chaos")to write that BIRD may be about to issue a profits warning. They would have had to have made a profit at some previous time to do that. Any warning would be of increased losses.

What puzzles me as a fairly long term shareholder is that the existing technology is clearly blue chip but BIRD has singularly failed to make the sales that would be expected of it especially in the USA. Is that a lack of good sales people, not having an office there, poor support... the list could be quite long but no one reason seems to be a likely cause. The failure of AVID to return to the table post acquisition seems inexplicable.

"After twenty-six years of being funded with other people’s money, twenty four of them as a listed company, Blackbird (BIRD), formerly Forbidden Technology (FBT) is, I suggest, sitting on more bad news."

I don't subscribe to ShareProphets so can't read the article only the headline so I've no idea what "bad" news TW is inferring the company is sitting on.

That will go down in history with Enterprise being described as "rude health" and PBB with its "shockwaves".

Pumping and dumping of shares is nothing to do with the company, it's typical of AIM shareholder behaviour.
The company has done a good job promoting and developing it's technology over some 25 years. The ones who will gain are the ones that realise this and appreciate the core technology is now ready for global release.

I was once a great believer in this company, but unfortunately it's nothing but another... well let's just say, buy the pump and sell when it's dumping. This business has failed for over 25 years and only exists because AIM allows these companies to exist.

Schroeder's have been selling for months, selling at these prices seems desperate. Why? Is it leading to something big? who has taken their shares, when will we get a notification? The last transaction will probably come on the day of a deal. Imho, no advice intended.

Hyper.

It’s not a shake.

There’s still a large seller.

I’m wondering if it’s someone else now.

I would have thought Schroders was all done by now.

The drop today on low volume definitely looks like a shake to remove the last remaining weak holders. Imho, no advice intended.

This slide is not stopping until there are enough buyers to take the active seller's stock..... Sold out here today as this is just collapsing to newer lows each week.
There is a poster on here that seems to be connected and is constantly ramping.....Just be careful !
