I fully understand Nick

I also fully understand that when they raised money in 2021 that it was not anticipated we would be here now and a key player would have left to play ball elsewhere.

I might put back a paid version to March 2025 now.

Good luck with the year end fund raising.

3 x 100,000 sales this morning and another very nearly that. It doesn't look like it's going to be a day of positive sentiment.

This BoD really haven't got a clue about handling negative news issues. They must have known MV was going some time ago. My worry now is whether SR is happy with MV going and, if not, what has been done to ensure he stays until there is clear evidence of a successful launch of the paying product.

That question tells me you have misunderstood elevate.io mission, what we are building and at what point you measure data

NickB, the share price is irrelevant? Wow. Good luck with that investment policy, Share prices don't go down when people are sniffing about. I have been doing this job long enough to know that. Anyway I wish you well.

Nick - have you recommended it to any other editors yet?

What's your R number looking like?

And the fact he had other project 6 months ago + and was allowed to work on them suggests he checked out post Special Event and when the soft launch turned into a flaccid one.

I’m not invested in the share price it’s irrelevant to me.

‘There are people that always know and they make sure they gain from that knowledge’
Indeed but why would you bid the price up? No you would like the price low!

If I was fearful I would spend time editing on elevate and the fear would turn into greed😀

Mo Volans gone. I guess that explains the lack of advertising around the launch. Probably was on gardening leave.

My suspicion is always SS. He seems to have a talent for undermining people but he's not CEO anymore so hard to understand. Really bad sign MV and DA leaving. They seem to once again have rescued defeat from triumph.

Maybe im wants to lose all his money. This looks really be d. Hopefully I'm wrong.

NickB, I am sorry but do you honestly think the share price would be at this level if there was a someone sniffing to take the Company out. The market is all about fear and greed. There are people that always know and they make sure they gain from that knowledge.

Hyperal When you live in a County where its widely believed that its only a local telephone call to heaven it's hard to think of better place anywhere else in the UK to live.

Although not likely, it's not outside the realms of possibility that Mo has left the company, so isn't technically an employee any more, but continued marketing work has been outsourced to him that he can do alongside other projects - a Fractional CMO. Fractional CFOs for instance are very popular now among small businesses.

That'd make some sense if a lot of the spade work has been done (e.g. all the market research, customer segmentation, focus groups etc) and then the rest is just a slow burn as the product scales, which may not require a full-time person. I work with a scaling business that entirely outsources it's marketing to one marketing consultant and it works quite well. ...but more likely, Mo has just left.

MoPro was set up when he was working in the USA and had an American as a director too but the others are only a year or so old.

All 3 seem to be aimed at software aimed at business and domestic that suggests they might be envisaged as linking into elevate.io

I wonder if MV is the only shareholder?

Morpeth and Ashington area north of Newcastle is expanding rapidly. Ashington railway station, I think, has just reopened after 60 years of closure, so now connected to Newcastle.

It seems to me that they may never need to revisit AIM for more cash, so the value of the company as calculated for the market cap is no longer relevant and has no meaning in the real world.
So the team can now just concentrate on elevate.io and any other attached projects which I think may be going on in the background. Add-ons and modules could mean all sorts of stuff could be happening, API developments for example. Exciting times ahead. Leading to those summer games maybe! 🤞🤞🤞

Has anyone messaged asking if he has parted ways?

MV has 2 companies: Atomic Audio Ltd and Atomic Reality Ltd both of which have as their object "Business and domestic software development".

Where exactly in the UK is Morpeth?

It's as if they have no concern for the current share price. Wonder why.
