Thanks Cabi

I felt he left around March, I think he may have blocked me on LinkedIn.

According to his LinkedIn profile, he left this month.

I did wonder if Mo Volen left sometime ago.

Is it confirmed?

I don't think my theory is speculation or rumour!

All we need next is for Sumit to go, then it’s definitely all over.

:)

Stressing over a dud of a share when you could just sell up and lump your moolah on a banker man 😂

There is a way to prove or disprove NickB's product. Rule 2.2 from the Takeover Panel:- "if the offeree is the subject of rumour and speculation." I have evidence on this thread of a good six months of rumour and speculation and will demand AIM regulation get BIRD to confirm or deny ... so, if Nick's theory is correct, expect confirmation and an intial £3 per share price some time tomorrow (before it trends to £37 later in the week) after BIRD are forced to come clean!

"Following an approach by an offeror to the board of the offeree company, the requirement for the offeree company to make an announcement under Rule 2.2(c) will be triggered if: the offeree company is the subject of rumour and speculation; or. there is an untoward movement in its share price."

Tongue in cheek comments aside, I think elevate will be acquired at some stage for a more than decent sum, but there is no way an AIM company could avoid alluding to interest (albeit without naming the interested party)as otherwise it's a false market.

Bonio why don’t you just do yourself a favour, cut your losses and just sell up?

You obviously don’t see any upside from here, and are just prolonging the agony from your inevitable losses.

FOMO is a terrible stress invoker.

We will never get quarterly updates.

There won't even be an AGM update worth a light.

Yeah John I agree, once this goes to paid version I would expect them to have 6 months of sign ups then after that Q results like the big boys.
