Bonio why don’t you just do yourself a favour, cut your losses and just sell up?

You obviously don’t see any upside from here, and are just prolonging the agony from your inevitable losses.

FOMO is a terrible stress invoker.

We will never get quarterly updates.

There won't even be an AGM update worth a light.

Yeah John I agree, once this goes to paid version I would expect them to have 6 months of sign ups then after that Q results like the big boys.

I'm sure anyone who understands Blackbird couldn't care less about the current share price.

If we don't get acquired, then I would expect quarterly updates.

If we don't get acquired we could easily end up being the best volatile share to trade on AIM, expect a rollercoaster as no one will have a clue on sign ups, paid sign ups cancelled sign ups growth curves etc, impossible to value!

Nick yep it also shows when we do have decent news how quickly this can jump.

Looking forward to another big elevate update soon. My guess would be just before AGM

Todays drop is less than £10k of sales from very weak holders it means nothing.

People are letting the low share price heavily corrupt and influence thinking

Salmon that’s fair! Yep it will always be a possibility and I would say that’s why we have moved to an office right in the thick of it. Just don’t think it has anything to do with the share price being low. That’s down to IM promising the world then running 2 miles a hour

Yes there seems to be a misunderstanding of being acquired.
You guys want it official then you will believe it!

Most investors here don't even believe in the product that has been released even though it's in front of you and technically brilliant, you will only believe when revenue kicks in and you can measure performance over time, sadly that is a long time horizon.

We have no evidence that we are not being bought!

It definitely won't show up in the share price.

What you should be seriously worried about is if we are not going to be acquired at this time in a white hot video creator market.

As my theory says If we don't get acquired now we never will.

Yes I think a lot of that £1m would have been the team buying at what they thought might be the low point.

M5

They are not really 20% down as they wouldn't be marking their holding at this price since they are not sellers, its such a punters way of looking at an investment.

eg one of those buyers is Ian and I doubt he is regretting buying!

Salmon I think the bit a couple are getting frustrated is, you say ‘keeping an open mind’ as ‘one possibility’ is being bought but many of the comments are pretty much that’s the only possibility. It’s very much ‘buy out’ can be the only explanation.

I get that yourself and nick believe that is the only reason for the share price struggling but there is a good chance that’s not the reason.

pat_cash They have said lots of things over the years - some of which have proved a little tricky. They certainly couldn't reveal that they had a deal with a large corporation as that would undoubtedly drive a coach and horses through any competently drawn up NDA and they can't say that they haven't if that would mislead the UK markets. The absence of evidence of an agreement is not conclusive evidence of its absence. The big Cloud players all have 30/06 as a significant date in their calendar; two as their half year end and one as their year end. A BIRD deal would not be significant in their terms now but it may be in the medium term if the market grows as fast as is predicted.
