Thanks for the LinkedIn link. I note the timing at 6pm, so ideal for west coast USA.

It does sound crazy.

But if I was a giant going to spend billions on a company with a market cap of £23m, I would have to put a very strong case forward to my shareholders. Although Blackbirds products have worked really well and are tested, it does not appear so from the accounts. Any big corporation would question why the lack of profit and would want evidence that an expensive purchase can be justified and be integrated into there business requirements. Hence testing within the big corporation. I think what I'm saying makes sense. And with so many new products coming onto the market as trials and betas it's not easy to know who we are involved with, if anyone, and for those involved, talking about it would be forbidden.
But looking at RNS since elevate.io project started, and developments elsewhere, I think my crazy idea is correct, but not sure how it compares with yours. But the reality is I am scared to make suggestions or put to much up on here, because I want things to progress at the rate determined by Blackbird, I certainly don't want to put a spanner in the works.

Hyperal, I understand what you are saying and hope you are right, but I’ve heard it so many times before, here and elsewhere, factoids pulled together into a best case scenario theory that didn’t pan out.

Someone made the point earlier this morning, it’s actually very difficult for a small innovative technology company to disrupt mega companies which have huge inertia to overcome.

However, the market is changing, the incumbents are under pressure and we do seem to have what no other company has, a true cloud native solution the core technology of which has been tested at global events.

All we can do is wait and put our trust in the team, as frustrating as that is sometimes, and in the meantime we can chatter on here.

It’s a metaphor bonio, and the ‘launch’ is a work in progress.

I'm reading into all of this strange behaviour from management that something is going on that they can not discuss.

I'd rather either option than discussing ways to light it and deciding you'd rejoin in the morning after a cold night.

More is the shame on the company.

I'm not sure I see that as a positive.

Contrast this with having a big pile of damp logs, chucking a gallon of petrol over it closely followed by a match…

You really think the BOD could use a flint to make a fire?

I could just see that on a team building exercise.

Have you ever seen Ray Mears start a fire using a flint or friction device?

That’s what Blackbird is doing.

We have a glowing ember that is being carefully blown upon…..
