When u have seen the likes of zoo underperforming for years and then suddenly their tech being adopted, i do think bird is on a similar trajectory but much bigger due its patents and being the only one available/ cloud

Remember no one else has the Cloud technology to do the job.

Any potential loss is the customer changing their requirements substantially.

We should be able to win 100% of SERIOUS bids

Imho

Nah.

We know in a competitive tender we did the competition on price and/or quality.

We did that with the US state department.

So we know all the deals are coming to us.

We are now facing known unknowns i.e. we know there are some large deals that BIRD is pursuing but we don't know when they could be announced. Even if they do not win all of them what they do win will transform BIRDs financial prospects. Once sales in the year exceed 10M even allowing for costs doubling the business will be cash generative and at 20M the share price on even a modest P/E of say 20 for a tech company will be well over 50p.

I'd take an unstable 36p.

Worst case they can raise some money with next to no dilution.

Imo, 15p is an unstable area for it to be in. If it got anywhere near 15p it would streak on up to 20p pronto...and that is not a particularly stable area either. Then you're talking 36p before you get proper resistance.

The fact is, 13p was an important resistance level and where are we? A halfpenny into new territory, that's where we are.

Lucky we are such a small, insignificant stock. Otherwise the chartists would be screaming the house down...(up).

ssb, in a different way, this share has similarities to VRS that went from 13p to over 150p in double quick time. The posters on that thread were quite similar, that is, they new a lot more about the subject than I did. Good fortune.

Actually whilst it might seem fair it would be fairer if it was related to sales made and for which payment has been received. Shareholders still have no idea of what the outurn for H2 ending 31/12/2019 will be though we all hope to see considerable improvements in the financial figures. If the share price hits 15p there is nothing to stop it falling back from that figure. Will any payment made be clawed back?

Yip that is coming.

It is good to reward people for doing a good job. That cost is irrelevant.

I heard they would include shareholders/anyone who are trying to help our BIRD .

Cough cough..
