Math isn't my strong suit but if I travelled to editor.elevate.io on the strength of getting 50% off from £15pm to £7.50 yet find the total bill comes to £23.50 per month, I'd kind of think something was off. Can anyone spot my errors? Total is x3 what the offered discounted price is! |

You thoughts about possibilities of elevate.io working with a major player are thought provoking.
Such early recognition by a major or even more than one major would certainly accelerate widespread recognition of the importance of elevate's technology. That would speed up elevate's progress.
Given the long held respect that the majors clearly already have for Blackbird's unique advanced technology, there is surely the possibility of an early tie up in some shape or form for mutual advantage.
These words don't get us close to understanding, but it is interestingly thought provoking! |

 The thing that has been nagging away in the back of my mind all day is "why release the entry paying version now?"
If they had kept it for SXSW that makes some sense. By launching it today they immediately put the focus at the end of the month on the number of users signing up. They also put pressure on the team to produce additional software for the top end of the market by SXSW.
So they may have other irons in the fire. A potential one is a tie up with a major player and if that is the case the obvious candidate is AWS with its Cloud interests and the fact that it has been helping them in the past. But they have also been close to MSFT at trade shows. Google has YouTube and a base of Creators that would benefit from elevate.io. Clearly they don't want to select one and upset the others. So what is a solution that would cause them to get the release out quickly? What about announcing simultaneously on the opening day deals for elevate with AWS, MSFT and Google? That would focus minds at SXSW and get the wider markets attention.
Just a dream but even one would certainly get the attention they need to get elevate powering upwards...and it might even warrant an NDA imposed by BIRD! |
