GB904150 - I think Diverse Income Trust were buying rather than selling. The ~4% notification was from several years ago when there were about 180m shares in issue. The ~3% was from more recently when there were 387m. So the number of shares held actually increased, rather than decreased - as can be seen in the total number of voting rights column of that RNS. |
