18/9/2008 13:24 | Hi Sammu. I use globalcoal which last Friday was showing $152. Where do you get information more recent than that? (Ahhhhh, crystalball, now $146) | skyracer
16/9/2008 23:16 | Thanks for the info bb, I don't suppose you have the note available?
Coal has started to come off the extreme highs now, RB Coal showing $130. | sammu
16/9/2008 12:47 | numis have £5.00 target price on this with upside if pegasus resolved | bisiboy
04/9/2008 19:10 | Stew, its the market, nothing to do with BISI. There are loads of other stocks behaving in an equally bizarre way. RBS thermal coal still very strong at $161. | skyracer
04/9/2008 17:39 | I never understand this stock. Recently they announced that they have made more profit in July alone than in the entire previous 6 months (therefore probably c £1m), having made stunning progress with forward contracted coal prices accompanied by their highest ever output. Yet today the shareprice goes down by 8.8% in a day on almost no turnover! Sometimes investing seems a laughable business.
Still more opportunities to average down before the next set of results I suppose, praying that they don't get bought out on the cheap in the meantime. | stewacg
07/7/2008 16:13 | azalea - you not heard that coal prices dropped 10% last week ... panic ensued. Nobody noticed they are still up over 100% this year. | wassapper
06/7/2008 16:35 | The only reason I could offer to explain the recent drop is the effect of the credit crunch on its property assets. | azalea
06/7/2008 11:23 | not really bisiboy - i was just astounded they had risen so far after my selling them - i'm not going to buy back so soon at the price i sold them at. | myopia
04/7/2008 08:07 | myopia- opp to get backin !!! | bisiboy
03/7/2008 20:35 | Blimey- these have been hammered in the last few days! | topvest
23/6/2008 20:31 | Well coal shares have really suprised over the last few months. Bought these at about 30-40p, so 10-bagged now. Very nice! | topvest
23/6/2008 18:33 | typical isn't it. had held them for years, thought the latest results were uninspiring, was depressed about the property market, so sold on results day a few weeks agao for around 270p. Now look at them!!!! And all my other shares are in the mire. Makes you kind of totally disenchanted with everything. | myopia
23/6/2008 13:37 | Some redress taking place at last | speed camera
22/6/2008 17:13 | share mag tip on friday could be responsible for the rise
target price 800p | bisiboy
22/6/2008 17:05 | Now is the time for Bisichi to do a deal imho. They have been researching for quite some time. Come on Bisichi, lets take a big step forward! | topvest
21/6/2008 09:41 | yes but it has very small reserves at present but could soar if it can aquire
more.
recent numis research suggests eps of 100p next year which puts them on a p/e of 4.
has anyone seen the research note? | bisiboy
21/6/2008 09:33 | BISI is seriously underperforming other coal stocks ... full quote and pays a dividend as well, versus AIM quoted GCM CZA CLN WTN | speed camera
17/6/2008 12:34 | apart from coal what are the similarities | bisiboy
17/6/2008 10:45 | What is happening at GCM is not irrelevant to BISI. | skyracer
28/5/2008 07:27 | Well the market does not agree with you Tam. Not at present. | wassapper
23/4/2008 06:44 | This is very underrated and under the radar of many PI. The combination of increased production and much higher sale prices will gradually overwhelm the negative property factor. | azalea
22/4/2008 20:54 | All going very well here. | topvest
22/4/2008 18:59 | Good statement today but not much detail - anyone seen anything about production targets? | borchardt
22/4/2008 07:25 | Excellent news. Much lower production cost(open cast mining) and much higher revenues from high quality thermal coal sales. | azalea
