On a small stock such as this I don't think charts are much of a guide. There are simply too few people buying and selling the share to believe that the chart contains accurate signals.

I agree Jombaston, profits likely to be substantially higher proportionally than revenue but even with the conservative calculation above it looks cheap.

£5.3m revenues compares with £4.8m which had been expected (a year ago the forecast was £4.5m). Because of the nature of revenues (largely royalties) this will drop through to the bottom line. So although it only says profits ahead of expectations, it seems to me they could have said 'significantly' or 'substantially'. However, their announcements have tended to be cautious which is why they haven't been more specific about the troponin revenue stream.

Revenues up 23% compared to last year. Therefore very simplistically, if profits up 23% (could well be conservative) then EPS would be about 73p. Current PE therefore around 13.5. Surely far too cheap for s high quality company, even factoring in some uncertainty about 15% of their future revenues? Particularly as they are making confident noises about replacing it.

Very muted reaction for an exceeds expectation announcement, perhaps everyone on holiday still.They are noticeably bolder in their language now about troponin:'we expect to commence significant sales during the financial year ending 30 June 2018, which will offset revenues from other products which are expected to reduce during this period.'

I am pleased that my identification of Siemens proved to be correct. Far and away the best partner for eventual entry into the US.

The next link in the chain is, in my opinion, being able to justify an interval between tests of an hour. If that happens the whole market will keel over.

In the meantime we await loss of revenue in 2017.
