Worth reading again!

Not much to report except that what i'm seeing is slightly bearish on the dollar. Looks like the Loonie needs to print a HH yet though which might be the end of Wave 5. A corrective move should follow, hence my bearish bias. This would indicate either a gap down for the Euro/Audi tonight first, (Loonie up to print a HH) or at least early Monday and then head back up.

Bearish dollar = risk on, so maybe the santa rally everyone is so keen on, just might materialise after all, however i have a conflicting set-up on the Dow with an approximate 11,750 target. Could that coincide with the Loonie HH...

So down first early in the week but finish higher by the weekend? We shall see!

Don't have anything system wise mate, my thoughts are if it doesn't head back up soon we are in trouble! I suspect it will and build a longer term flag on the hourly off of this mornings peak, meaning higher still, but i really don't know.
Will keep an eye on the 123 reversal currently showing on the 15min...

Ok, now have my confirmation and target, need to look for the long set-ups now. Don't expect too much of a pullback tonight as most fundies will not want to miss out on the so called 'Santa rally', in fact that may be the case all the way to target, although i doubt it. I'm sure we should retrace to some fib level tomorrow...

Dow this time and continuing the above theory, this afternoon should confirm that this rally has got legs. Not triggered as yet, but i would think its a certainty. Target price at the moment if triggered is low 12,300's, should have an exact figure if/when it occurs. Interestingly that also means a HH, breaching the 12,299 printed on the 8th Dec, probably to become a 2B reversal...

Well, well... I pop out for a bit and come back to find DX diving properly. Looks like the real deal with the last significant LH's been taken out on both the Audi and Euro. Time to look for pullbacks to go long me thinks, although there really ought to be a decent pullback shortly to make you doubt the long side once again...
