Biome receives £282k grant to scale-up novel biopolymers



Biome announces that its Bioplastics division ( www.biomebioplastics.com ) has been awarded £282,000 in funding from Innovate UK, the UK Government's innovation agency, to support the scale-up of novel compostable biopolymers for the flexible packaging and coatings industries in collaboration with Thomas Swan ( www.thomas-swan.co.uk ) and the University of Nottingham.

Trigger happy traders cannot hold a share for than a few days.

Someone bought 7,587 yesterday at 79p , sold today at 75.60p.

Normally investors/traders that sell their shares move on and don't post a great deal on the forum but you are still posting which suggests to me that you either lost a lot money and are very bitter or it's just personal reasons.

I bought these shares without your advice and i DO NOT need you wishing me good luck.

You are quite wrong at 4.20pm MM's were letting you sell 5,000 and only let you buy 1500.

Price at the time was 72 v 73.

It's just a small pull back before it's starts rising towards £1.

We'll good luck to you I wish all PI's success and to make money from the markets and if you make money from this great just be careful with this one.You would have no doubt seen the volume drop massively today and getting a price to sell would have been difficult compared to yesterday and this is a fact that will get worse. I've been around this stock for over 15 years !GL

Not forgetting the share price is only 72.5p now having fallen from £4 about a year ago.The market cap is £2.7m.

The shares doubled intra day yesterday the back of that Q3 trading update.They will be over £1 again very soon.

The companys business's have performed well in Q3 and this momentum has continued in to Q4.More than enough cash for the foreseeable future.The company has no bank debt and access to a working capital facility of up to GBP600k.

The shares are a STRONG BUY.

You must have personal agenda against the company or have lost out by buying too HIGH.

The Q3 trading update was very upbeat and a massive turnaround from it's Interim statement in September.

Biome has won a number of new contracts for it's Bioplastic division in North America and Europe.

A substantial increase in orders from a second US customer have been received for delivery in Q4. Fulfilment of these orders in the coming weeks is expected to double the year's revenues from this source. Further, there are reasonable grounds to believe that this increased offtake rate will persist into 2023.

This strong trading is continuing in Q4.

The shares having fallen from around £4 a year ago to less than 50p will recover sharply over the coming weeks.

The share price is still near the lows expect the rerating to continue.

£1.50 to £2.00 looks very likely in the short term.
