Virtually no Goodwill or Intangibles on the balance sheet which is a real bonus I think.

Can't blame PI's for taking a profit.
Still really good value

Price still higher than where the accountants sold though so no ego feeding to prove they were correct yet, haha.

Push above the 450p level and reverse back below, potential to get a pause to the price rise here as the gains are consolidated.

Just revisiting the business case here. Pre-tax profits up to 5.8M (from 1.3M) on revenue of 86.1M. EPS 39p, a five fold increase and healthy net cash around 90p a share. FinnCapp expecting pre-tax profit to increase 38% to £8M on revenue of £115M. Implying shares are rated on prospective PE of 7.6Really excited about this one. Either the price continues to rise or it a predator takes this company out

Simon Thompson outlining earlier this week this could be a potential takeover target and now Midas right behind Billington. Either way expect a few sparks on Mondayhttps://www.thisismoney.co.uk/money/investing/article-12001991/MIDAS-SHARE-TIPS-Billington-builds-blockbuster-profits-movie-studios.html

The IMC presentation looked promising to me this morning, and perhaps saved me the effort of reading the whole AR. I liked their confidence for the future, their projection of future dividend expectations, the investments in the business, and their mention that the properties they occupy are in the assets at historic prices.

Congrats, you've found your niche. Usually those who buy based on the financials are the buy low sell lower types, ha.

Looks like the tea leaves and charts have led you to buy at the top again Matt? Balance sheets and cash flows gave me a lovely return here, but they're too complicated for most thicko PI's. Thank goodness.

£2m depreciation charge and £4.5m capex shows what a capital intensive industry this can be.

And share awards are a cost to the other shareholders . It should be illegal to adjust them out IMO.

Fincap have moved share based payments to above the line to make them comparable to what the company reports. Most companies add them back to give an adjusted EPS figure so this is more conservative. Forward PE 7 even on this basis with a 4% yield and 20% mkt cap in net cash.

Haha. Just someone feeding their ego by stating their gain and at the same time trying to justify they are correct in their decision to sell.
