I would rather it continues to drag on until all debt is paid down. That takes the lending bank out of the picture.

what would be a "good fine" ? IMV its likely to be somewhere between 5 and 10million $ what do you all think,
ps it might be a bit less as att paid 28 percent over their gains and bsgs gains were 850k/ however there is also the contempt issue.. Keep an eye on judge BEMPORAD and BIERY
