10/11/2020 16:18 | Hi all, My mate Peter @Conkers3 and myself did a ‘Twin Petes Investing’ Podcast a few days ago and part of our discussion includes BBB which I have been aware of for some time but it is starting to look an interesting situation. We also chatted about loads of other Stocks and Ideas for research with a particular slant on potential Takeover Targets, and the outlook for Markets and as usual a fair bit of educational stuff with regards to Investing. Anyway, if you use Apple, Audioboom, Overcast or Spotify you can find it under the 'Conkers Corner' Channel (you want Podcast TPI 35) and you can find it on Soundcloud at the link below. I hope you enjoy it and find it useful, Cheers, WD @wheeliedealer | thewheeliedealer

07/10/2020 11:48 | Third positive announcement but share price down today. Andrew Walwyn, Chief Executive Officer of Bigblu Broadband, commented : "We are delighted by the continued progress at Quickline as it takes advantage of the significant growth opportunity. Its strong technology portfolio means that it is extremely well placed to support the Government's ambition of nationwide gigabit coverage by 2025. With the combination of Government tenders, M&A and organic investment underpinning its strategy we remain excited by the expected pace of growth." | 25october1969

31/7/2020 08:43 | Expect M&A. I can see move xales to Eutelsat as a good move and chance of finding higher margin opps elsewhere now they have some cash and no debt. | p1nkfish
31/7/2020 07:12 | I think there is decent value here. BBB is left with Quickline and Australia. The nordic business is very small. With £37m cash and BBB’s Quickline majority share worth anywhere between £15m-£24m depending if you value it on 2021 or 2022 EV and you have the australia business in for free. So i think sum of the parts is around £1.20 and then as a shareholder you should value the cash receipt of £37m with a premium attached since you back mgt to invest it in value accretive deals. Interesting times. | rimau1 |
