"Arguably in future, we should invest more in broadband because what this current crisis has shown is that the majority of companies can continue working from home, and it can be more efficient."

PS: Yes, most of their staff are working from home - but they are finding it less efficient.

Hi,.FYI, There was the annual BBB meeting last night - I expect the video is now uploaded to their website. Whilst they did that say self-installs had been increasingly focused they did NOT say that other installation methods had been stopped..You will find lots of insight and info - they anticipate a lot less churn at present - but alluded to bad debts possibly arising at some point..Cheers, tightfist

Most subscribers are on unlimited data packages and contracts. My understanding is that no new customers are currently being taken on unless they can do a self install, as their engineers are not allowed on site.

Business continuity is happening though as they continue to provide an important service. A lot of staff are working from home i believe.

Great buy , they’re making some decent margin and even more so with everyone parked up at home burning through their data packagers and purchasing more data.
