Whilst they did that say self-installs had been increasingly focused they did NOT say that other installation methods had been stopped..You will find lots of insight and info - they anticipate a lot less churn at present - but alluded to bad debts possibly arising at some point..Cheers, tightfist | tightfist | |

My understanding is that no new customers are currently being taken on unless they can do a self install, as their engineers are not allowed on site. Business continuity is happening though as they continue to provide an important service. A lot of staff are working from home i believe. | cfro | |
