Country & Metropolitan PLC (the "Company")

The Company was informed yesterday that Mr S D Wicks sold 50,000 ordinary
shares in the Company at a price of 186.5p per share and 75,000 ordinary shares
in the Company at a price of 186p per share (representing in aggregate 0.52 per
cent of the issued share capital of the Company) on 25 November 2004. Mr S D
Wicks is now beneficially interested in 2,646,076 ordinary shares representing
11.03 per cent of the issued share capital in the Company.

Thanks for info - I listened to the webcast (NOV 2004) from Stephen Wicks as CEO of Country and Metropolitan Homes plc and read about his expertise.
However, I did not see anything about his recent involvement with Bidtimes and Innobox.

BILOXI, Miss., Nov. 11 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Isle of Capri Casinos, Inc. (Nasdaq: ISLE - News) today reported financial results for the fiscal quarter ended October 24, 2004. For the second fiscal quarter, we reported net income of $0.5 million or $0.01 per diluted common share compared to net income of $10.7 million or $0.35 per diluted common share for the same quarter last year. During the quarter ended October 24, 2004, net revenues remained comparable to the same fiscal period in 2004 at $269.7 million, and Adjusted EBITDA (1) was $49.0 million, compared to $57.9 million for the same period in fiscal 2004.

For the first six months of fiscal 2005, we reported net income of $11.1 million, or $0.36 per diluted share. This compares to net income for the same period in fiscal 2004 of $24.3 million, or $0.79 per diluted share. Net revenues for the six months ended October 24, 2004, were $550.6 million, down from $555.4 million for the comparable period in the previous year. Adjusted EBITDA (1) in the six-month period was $109.5 million, a decrease of $16.1 million, or 13%, from the prior year six-month period Adjusted EBITDA (1) of $125.6 million.

No. Got details of 5 of the show-homes though - all local West Midlands properties, mostly 3 bed semi-detached properties in Cradley Heath, Rugeley and Birmingham.

i tried to buy in excess of 50,000 today, but left my broker to pick-up any
small amounts becoming available - so i assume that the purchases going through are probably mine - STOCK BEING VERY SCARCE AT THE MOMENT pushing price higher.

Not much stock about in this one.

Looking for an update around 10 Jan re showhome sales and repayment of Blue Chip director loan. All things being well and INO & SGY & Blue Chip values rising, NAV could well be 6-7p per share.
