Just asking a question of logica2me i have noticed that companies you are obviously ramping are the same companies hoodless brennan have been buying large amounts of shares at a huge discount to the normal prices to sell their clients of which i am one.I would like to point, that fact out to all potential investors of the companies you ramp and see it as though you are trying to push the prices up so that hoodless brennan clients think they are getting a good deal where as they more than usually get screwed as i am starting to find out for myself, and then dump the rest of their shares on the market and let the normal investor, sit on a huge loss.
potential investors beware of all logica2me share tips.I for one believe dell314 research puts a huge dent in all logica2me tips and have noticed that logica's tips are getting fewer people buying into his investments.

Wow! - a Logi BDT ramping thread to go with the double6 one.

Here are a couple of interesting points for you:
Despite the figure on the balance sheet, BDT does NOT have £300k in cash. You need to read the piece about activities beyond the reporting period.

They specifically state that they have used 90% of their overall funds, so they are unlikely to make any new quality investments. Any growth relies on what happens with SGY. Buying Firefly, a company that's only investment was a holding in SGY, when SGY was around £1 has to be one of the worst investments ever, when it was clear they needed further funding:

"The company continues to consider investment opportunities but as over 90 per cent. of our funds are now invested..."

They also now have taken on debt of £738k in the form of an 85% mortgage since the reporting period end:

"The company has purchased five show homes from Barratt, the house builders, on a sale and leaseback basis at a total cost of £868,701......This investment has been supported by a mortgage, amounting to approximately 85 per cent. of the cost of the properties.."

Directors are also reducing their pay, which is not normally the sign of a company with a large cash balance or good short term prospects, as directors are often greedy gits who like to pay themselves large salaries to the detriment of shareholders IMHO.

"To reflect this change and to assist the company to reach
profitability, the directors have agreed to reduce their annual remuneration by
40 per cent. from 1 August 2003 and we have taken steps to reduce our
administration costs as much as possible"
