In order to be certified by DV for CTV Targeting, a platform must demonstrate the ability to prevent fraud and IVT by applying DV's pre-bid app and device fraud protection for CTV inventory transactions. To date, certified partners include Amobee, MediaMath, SpotX, The Trade Desk and Xandr.. hTTps://www.globenewswire.com/news-release/2020/01/21/1972792/0/en/DoubleVerify-Announces-The-First-Programmatic-Platform-Certification-Program-for-Comprehensive-Connected-TV-Fraud-Protection.html

Anybody looking in as a potential new investor would see a lot of quarreling.

Only the canny, that know this often happens, as a share reaches it's lowest ebb, might consider it a potential 'buy'.

Time will tell but I reckon this is about to turn.....for the better.

He said what he was told to say. Many have continued to buy since the TU but where are the shares being held?

He said the MM's get wind of it.Yeah it's all a BIG secret when a placing is being launched.Only the Company,Nomad,Broker,MM's, Gang,Gangs mates,Spreadbetters,Tax evades, and the money launderers really know.Always over subscribed but never publicly announced until after the event. Spreadbets are in place,Placing announced and they presto collapse and cash in.Now once in a BLUE moon it works the other way and a company actually announces that it's going to possibly have a placing but expect it to be at a premium to the present share price How rare is that? Fortunately I was following ASLR at the time.99.9% of the time it's the other way. 100% total corruption and manipulation by the unregulated and unaccountable city financial machine..It's not rocket science as they say

agree with you Liz, which is why i suggested in an earlier post that potential new shareholders would hold off currently.

JD managed to screw up the comms again before Christmas by saying early Jan instead of early in the new year.

I notice there is a real fight between the bears and the bulls, trade-wise today and that is reflected on the bb.
Also the bears are getting less and less eloquent and rude...a sign of desperation perhaps?
That to me suggests that the tide is about to turn.

If I wasn't already in a company but was interested, this would be about the time I would get in.
Just a personal observation.

Tend to agree with you Girdz! Personally I would rather be invested in a good business with good comms like my other baby SKIN.

Still, stuck in stale mate here, all I can do is wait and hope the loyalty pays off in the end.

To add to what PWhite says.

An example.

Typically a nomad will want 2 weeks minimum to raise funds. The BIDs team are taken around to potential backers. The details then start to become known to an ever-growing corrupt network as each day passes.

Mms will get wind of this.

In the simple case of primary bid and say 7/8p expected, the MMs forward sell X amount to PIs and then put it for the stock to balance the books it's common.

MMs and Bears in the know go short and bid for the stock to square it up. Hence PB placings are quickly over-subscribed.

Now you would't want the leak too early in the process as you would shoot yourself in the foot.

If Bears are active and short on the raise then will then grossly over-exaggerate the raise figure and the reduced price.

2 points there, PIs panic and sell talking the share price done and the company is forced to do a fund raise rns.

If there is no rns there is no raise.

That allows those short to get out and avoid the potential lottery of the fund raise, where diligent companies may sift out unwanted or suspect bids.

Typically the zero hour to finalise the price is noon on a Friday. Until that point is reached it is not news as it's not agreed.

The only way it becomes news is widespread claims of an actual raise that are true.

Look at JD's record of deals signed and how he strengthened the BOD and Advisory board between July-Oct .Its quite impressive

But what if a major player is a Private company?.They could be looking for a quick and cheap backdoor listing.JD would have to step down but what about his 17% holding?.That's the BIG problem

Yes of course but doing part of your job poorly doesn't mean you should be changed out if you are doing your core job well. The latter is perhaps unproven from our external perspective. I would rather have a good business with poor Comms than good Comms with poor business....perhaps our politicians could learn something ..ha ha.
