NumptyDumpty - "PW - 23013 You are wrong. The 100,000 was a sale into the market of 100,000 at 9.25. RSP was 9.25 - 9.37 going into the close"

No I am right. All the 100k 9.25p were buys as is the 100k 9.24p recorded as a sell just now is also a buy. But they are buys of new stock.

It’s the elephant in the room Girdz.

This team doesn’t stand still.

If the market doesn’t ‘get’ the building blocks, put it all together, switch on the lights and give them something they do understand - revenues.

That’d be Drapers strategy in my opinion.

Short term pain long term gain (representative of investment strategy too )

A lot of Adam Fishers work will involve convincing games publishers of the value of adding space for advertising in their games so it's going to take time but you have to let them know it exists.

Otherwise a bit embarrassing trying to sell in game ads if you haven't got any games for the ads to be placed in.

You are wrong.

The 100,000 was a sale into the market of 100,000 at 9.25.
RSP was 9.25 - 9.37 going into the close...

The trade at 17.07 was a mid point cross and traded in the closing auction as the LSE run the closing auction against the SEAQ closing price of 9 - 9.5.

Get it right.

Some AIM rules for the actual investors here. Given we’ve not seen a block admission RNS - certain posters are chatting BS as always.

Further issues of securities following admission

Applications for further issues
29. At least three business days before the expected date of admission of further AIM securities an AIM company must submit an application form and where required by rule

27, an electronic version of any further admission document.

Where an AIM company intends to issue AIM securities on a regular basis, the Exchange may permit admission of those securities under a block admission arrangement.
Under a block admission an AIM company must notify the information required in Schedule Six every six months.

Schedule Six
Pursuant to a block admission, an AIM company must make notification of the following:
(a) name of the company;
(b) name of the scheme;
(c) period of return (from/to);
(d) number and class of securities not issued under the scheme;
(e) number of securities issued under the scheme during the period;
(f) balance under the scheme of securities not yet issued at the end of the period;
(g) number and class of securities originally admitted and the date of admission; and
(h) a contact name and telephone number.

Both are required to be RNSed

Here is an example:

He believes that control of first-party data is critically important today. 'That is where the battle will be won or lost'.Sorrell considers Dentsu an interesting model. 'It is the closest to the S4 Capital model. Dentsu is still basically a media planning and buying organisation which has developed its digital capabilities to a sophisticated degree. It has first-party data which, in the context of S4 Capital, is really important,' he explains.. hTTps://www.afaqs.com/news/digital/54486_dentsus-model-is-closest-to-the-s4-capital--sir-martin-sorrell.If the 'Establishment' gang are here then there is a good chance that someone like Sorrell will be lurking in the shadows.

However, Lewis Sherlock, VP, sales at in-game ad platform Bidstack, predicts that the value of game advertising will follow a similar path to digital audio and digital out of home - with "similar" spend levels. That would mean starting in the tens of millions in years one and two, before reaching the hundreds of millions in three to five years."We are very much at the beginning of that journey, but everything is in place for it to EXPLODE and mature," he said..One Tens of millions contract already announced by BIDS. BIDS are on the frontline and in demand. hTTps://mediatel.co.uk/newsline/2019/10/09/marketers-expect-to-see-gaming-become-its-own-media-channel/

I particularly liked this part from post 22999 by moneygenexyz

What has been your biggest challenge in your current position?

In our earlier days, raising money every month to keep the company alive for about 16 months was very hard work. In the early days, it was all about resilience –telling our story and explaining our vision of what we were and are trying to achieve (over lots of coffees and late night drinks) to individual angel investors.

It’s worked and it’s been worth it - we’ve now got funds and investors are now the ones contacting us every day - the biggest stresses, such as making sure I don’t lose everyone’s money, have now subsided.

From earlier last year.

RNS 26/04/2019 - "The Directors of Bidstack Group PLC (AIM: BIDS.L), the native in-game advertising group, note recent market speculation regarding a proposed equity fundraising by the Company..The Company confirms that it is considering raising funds by way of a placing of new ordinary shares to support its growth. This follows indications of interest from a number of potential investors."

RNS 07/05/2019 - "Placing of 40 million shares to raise GBP5 million at 12.5 pence per share"

They were only considering raising funds. Two weeks later they banked £5 million.

Yes they will announce a placing when the desired amount of funds have been raised. That's how it works. If an AIM company telegraphed to the markets of an impending placing they would never be able to raise any money as everybody would simply sell up before the discounted shares hit the markets.

What happens is that the shares are forward sold. So PIs who are paying 9.50p today are buying placing shares priced at say 8p. There is nothing illegal in this for at each AGM the shareholders give the directors the authority to raise funds priced at the nominal value up to a certain amount.

In 95% of cases it is the forward selling of placing shares that drag down the price of AIM stocks. People think its derampers, TW, poor results etc. It isn't. Its the perennial and constant forward selling of discount stock over a 365 day rolling period.

OK well we’ll have to disagree on that one but I’m happy to listen. If the company was releasing shares into the market they’d have to announce a placing surely?

No I'd say they were buys and I have given my reasons why they're available so cheap.
