Here’s a challenge:

Does anyone know any startup that floated with tiny or no revenue and no proven business model and then carried on to be a success ?

Excluding any minerals that just got lucky.

The ‘fairness̵7; or lack of it with access to capital surely depends on the fairness of the business in expecting it. A business floating with no revenue or proven business model cannot expect to be treated the same as one that has got them.

To lump these startups as vulnerable struggling victims is silly.

Also there’s lots of moaning about how bad AIM is when companies fail. That does harm to the ones that float but don’t promise the world and need the money for careful well planned expansion.

So if people want to support UK PLC small companies, think about which ones deserve it, which ones have ‘done the time’ before they ask for money.

Don’t bleat about how sad it is that the BOD chancers and bs’ers aren’t being supported.

Donald Trump clearly loathes Time Warner's CNN, however. On the subject of whether White House politics entered into the government's decision, Stephenson said, "Frankly, I don't know." He added that "nobody should be surprised that the question (is) coming up." AT&T won't forfeit control of CNN if it completes the acquisition of Time Warner, the CEO said. Trump warned more than a year ago that he would do all he could to prevent AT&T from acquiring Time Warner in a $85.4 billion acquisition that would combine the country's largest pay-TV provider with the owner of HBO, Warner Bros. film studio and CNN.

Basically there are some very decent people here who have been loyal to this company throughout.
Me included.
I would like to see that being rewarded.

In the meantime I hope that BIDS will buck the trend and come out with some material contracts in the very near future and give us some concrete evidence to make our support worthwhile!

If it is as true as he claims,in post 21717,then it does seem a corrupt environment.
I repeat, I feel sorry for the investors, the owners, and indeed for Britain going into Brexit, that great firms like SXX weren't supported by Government or other direct money, when they had done so much for planning and infrastructure on that very worthwhile project in Yorkshire.
Britain had a real asset there to export everywhere and now Anglo American will get the benefit of it.

I can live with that caricature of him Luke! Anyone ever told you that you should be a writer 😉

At 46 he’s not got long left to fulfill his utopia of an AIM with no start-ups raising capital.

Give him a break, let him do over time!

21705 PWhite POST is interesting though particularly middle paragraph.

I do believe I ought to thank you for the FDA links, you supplied, in IQAI a long time ago however.
It's the only company, that I have seen you be positive on (under the PWhite handle ).
It was a pity that the assessment, claiming no material benefit(from memory) follow up to that, appeared under whelming.
Do you still think it's got a chance with it's newer ventures just out of curiosity?
I know someone still in them.
With your knowledge it's a pity it's not put in a more positive form for investors,in my opinion.
