Tickboo, you have to ask what the need or advantage would be to those players. the connections and networks and the understanding of the systems and processes are why JD wanted to make a big play early on to build the 3 years in 1. There are plenty of areas of business where there is no serious barrier to entry but still there is no serious incentive to enter either.

Many will be waiting to see this play out and can afford to wait to see if it is a real market or not ( we obviously think so) If they then want a piece of the pie they will buy in i.e. buy us.

its a bit like spotting a talented footballer at 12 in the sunday leagues but watching and waiting until he is proved in the premier league age 21 before shelling out millions...and anyone can play football but not everyone can be a star player..

The normal barrier to entry would be the requirement to obtain government licenses and patents by competitors. They do not pose a barrier here. Sometimes the loss of first mover advantage can be a barrier but again it's not the case here.
