I've just downloaded, played and deleted final kick. Anzu can have that one.

Let’s say, for the sake of argument, that Anzu are actually “live in 100 games”.. Are they live in 100 games anyone wants to play? Have they got a deal with Epic, for example?

Angel, afraid I’d have to disagree with some of your list.
I’d put 1) as a pre-contract test phase agreement and between 4) and 5) Full Contract.

We already know from JD’s comments surrounding the ApoNexus contract that they are testing (as others are) with several DSPs. These contracts being announced are for the ‘go live’ phase. So even if some small initial testing is performed with restricted DSPs to confirm everything then full live use is not far away.

It's September roley as per BIDs website. Not a year like Anzu say

Meeting notes from Cologne suggest that Anzu were extremely bullish on their position.
Stated 100 games live
Stated there SDK was launched (suggested Bidstack a year away....)
Stated they had many DSP's in place

They sold themselves strongly and very confidently.

Don't shoot the messenger. There statements, not mine, and companies are normally happy to oversell and overstate where they are.........

as an aside, Bids will not be releasing news of there SDK live yet - a while away me thinks.

I like how there are no commercial details given with these RNSs. Keeps Anzu guessing :)

I’m assuming the next news will be the release of the SDK- probably next week. But who knows- maybe like animals into the Ark- we’ll get publisher type news to match the new DSP news beforehand. Very dangerous shorting the news on this stock now..

I still feel revenues are some time off, but there is a clear path in sight now.

Technically, I would see the following roll-out:-
Stage 1 - Contract signing is the first stage.
Stage 2 - Then the project meetings commence and an agreed integration plan is drawn up
Stage 3 - Integration is coded, delivered, tested and a launch date set
Stage 4 - Both parties pick a couple of friendly clients (DSP) and maybe a friendly publisher/game (SSP) and you go live
Stage 5 - All goes well in stage 4 and you look to release full on

We all get the opportunity here. Now is the time to deliver and deliver quickly and efficiently. I would rather see the process take time BUT get it right....

Valuation given the five (yes 5) announcements in August alone still seems fair around the £80mn level (a lot will disagree but just my view), but as soon as Bids can prove the technology is secure, sustainable and high margin then the valuation will grow substantially and quickly....

I think there is every chance 5.9m will be blown away for 2019. Roll on 2020

I think the delay in the 1st half figures is probably down to them being a bit week. But by the time we get them, we will get a pretty good idea about the second half, which is alot more important/relevant.
I think the 1st half is a very small side show that the now hot panted doomongers have been hanging their hats on.should think the poor darlings shorts are on fire atm!!

Think every one needs to get their heads round these late RNSs. .TTD is based in California, RNS releases 8am their time. .JD has already said BIDS news release is dictated by partners. .AppNexus and TTD Are US companies hence timings. No more than that. can't wait till tomorrow just in case it's spoken about in IS press

I don't see anything 'unfair' about later afternoon RNS's!
I think JD is on the long-term holders side.

RP, along with new income streams you never know, but even if you half that profit and put it on a multiple of 50, which could be very conservative if we're really ballooning the business at the time.... Well, happy days!

Look at TTD valuation. £300m revenue with £100m profit will be worth much more than a billion quid

Just got back to my screen after day one of marking MA's....what a nice surprise...read through the days posts and have to laugh at the shorter's posts earlier....still not sure about the 'fairness' of late afternoon RNS's but nothing to complain about here.

The pieces keep being added, I'm sure more selling of advertising is going on and accelerating, so when first half figures are released I expect a forward looking statement that talks about post period highlights that may include some unaudited revenue estimates for H2. Then we will see what the bigger players do to the share price.

Anything under 30 is (was) a top up zone...chances getting slimmer everyday that we will revisit that level for any extended period.

enjoy

FM Manager - potential 100m annual revDirt rally 2- 100m revGRID - 100m rev TTD and app nexus filling that space to its maximum with 2 years I reckon. That's minimum of 300m revenue in 2 years time annually. 300m rev, 100m Profit, that's fair value in 2 years time of 1 billion pounds. That's a 14 bagger minimum

And I was following a hot tip and getting all prepared for this dropping to 20p as well. Or was that 0.2p?

I think an announcement after 4.00pm doesn't help, a lot wont know till later today.
But another great piece in the jigsaw puzzle!

Not until revenue contracts start being announced. Once they start coming in, and the forecast revenues start totting up, tech funds will be all over this - especially as this could quite easily end up on Nasdaq/FTSE 350. If that happens then I'm sure few LTH will be rewarded handsomely. Just gearing up at the mo.
