It is important to realise that this has importance.

Therefore caution is required.
Don't bet the farm in plain speak!

Strategic Review

Whilst the Company is keen to continue to work with Irdeto as previously announced, the Board of the Company feels that it must also consider other funding alternatives and has decided to initiate a strategic review. The Board has appointed Alvarez & Marsal Europe LLP, a restructuring adviser who, alongside the Company and its other advisers, will look at all options for the future of the Group which may or may not involve a sale of the Company's assets.

Further announcements will be made in due course.

Touch-based occlusion for handheld devices
Abstract
A method for determining a proportion of an area in a computer-generated scene that is visible to a user on a display of a handheld device configured to receive touch-based inputs. A location of the area in the computer-generated scene visible on the display of the handheld device is determined, and a touch-based input to the display of the handheld device is detected. A representation of the one touch-based input detected by the handheld device is generated and an intersection between the representation of the location of the touch-based input on the display of the handheld device, and a representation of the area at the location is determined. The intersection indicates the proportion of the area not visible to the user of the handheld device. An indication representative of the intersection is then transmitted to a remote server.

I think we will never know till/if it happens danmart.

This company has been shrouded in mystery ever since it was seen as having something valuable, it seems to me.
Some of what Aiden said seems to be true, they creamed off parts, somehow and left the shell.

If the IP does have value ...a big iff....then it might prove interesting.
The reason I was drawn in was because the advertising arena is changing and does seem to be going more mobile along with some games. post 42773
It is a US patent I believe...correct me if I'm wrong.
I could be barking up the wrong tree.
It is a very small gamble on my part...it is so risky.

Come on hazl you are clutching at straws here. .There is no way draper is pulling a rabbit out of a magic hat..I suspect he isn't even bothered about saving bidstack, rather concocting ways in which a private company can nab the very best bits. .Month to go till out of cash

Perhaps because some assets are not particularly visible....
who knows?

I think we have to be totally honest...this is extremely risky.
Whilst nothing ventured nothing gained, there seems to be a range between fearful articles and opinions
to ones that seem to suggest hope.

"The Bidstack platform has evolved. As we prepare for the next stage of our journey through our work with Alvarez & Marsal on a corporate level, I’m delighted to share a fly-through of how Bidstack works. I have never been so proud to showcase our talented team’s work. '

At your own risk.

I accept I might lose the lot so just a small bet.

Fair enough. .Current share price tells you how the market values their assets.

It's more about value of assets now I think Girdz.

But I don't know.
It is a gamble I 've been honest about that.

'That scale of growth is bound to appeal to many publishers across the gaming industry, many of which have swelled in recent years through the covid-era-combo of low interest rates on building acquisition warchests and peak interest from the stay-at-home masses.

Should Microsoft’s consolidated content package bear fruit for advertisers with unobtrusive campaigns (see the patent the firm filed for how this may be done across PC and console), we could yet see in-game advertising finally hit the mainstream.
