Whilst the Company is keen to continue to work with Irdeto as previously announced, the Board of the Company feels that it must also consider other funding alternatives and has decided to initiate a strategic review. The Board has appointed Alvarez & Marsal Europe LLP, a restructuring adviser who, alongside the Company and its other advisers, will look at all options for the future of the Group which may or may not involve a sale of the Company's assets.

Well we know that they have assets that can be sold that would not have any effect on their business plan and platform .Restructuring with a lot of money in the bank and revenues will be diverted from Latvia to the UK.Looks good.Imagine putting out that update knowing a very special patent had been granted.Criminal.Irdeto wont mind because 20p-30p will see their $5M turn into $40M-$50M.

Bidstack have invested in a fully automated platform and securing very valuable IP imo

$48M was handed on a plate to Anzu by Sony,Samsung and others
.
Its now Bidstacks turn and the money will come in through the sale of their assets ie patents
.
Many years ago i said one of the best things that could be attributed to the CEO was the extremely cheap purchase of Pubguard and the expansion of Adconsole
.
Its now payback time and we will see Irdeto receive a substantial ROI on their $5M investment and $600k loan

There is absolutely no doubt about it what has been witnessed here with the Bidstack shareprice has had nothing to do with James Draper but is purely for the benefit of the spreadbetting firms who will sustain substantial losses if/when a deal for Bidstacks patent is released as part of the overall restructuring plan.Good luck to all who have stuck with this through an unbelievable level of corruption and shareprice manipulation to accomodate the bent city financial institutions

My own decision, and either he talks utter bs or does quite alot of research idk but I've come across lots of different investors or supposed investors on other bbs and always arguing, even investors in different companies on eachothers bbs which I think is childish. Paid rampers/de-rampers I listen to info given do my own research and thats that
