Fingers and everything crossed Girdz, no doubt about it you are correct this is a risky share! with current & previous holders seriously burnt in the past.

However, let's see what happens from these low levels could see a great rebound thro January and rest of 2024. I have taken the plunge so, clearly hoping for fireworks.

If next news is CLN binned then maybe, just maybe, the tide has turned. We shall see

Yes we have and it was when the share price was significantly higher. I will refrain from responding now but with the Azerion debacle over and adverts showing up in games, this now has the ticket to progress. Ciao

A couple of adverts in Madden isn't going to save bidstack. .Not sure why everyone is getting so excited. We've been here before. Plenty of times

It was only a matter of time hence me taking a position a couple of weeks back. Anyone mention/see that Madden is showing in-game adverts again?

With only a 10M mcap in a multi billion dollar industry whilst producing ads in a game like Madden, it now makes this a very exciting stock to be in. Can see significant upside from this price. Good luck

Dealer55, no one doubts the potential here that's why share price hit a high of 37p in 2019, here's hoping cln will be kicked into touch as not required now, n then the sky really is the limit over next 12 months! Market cap only £10m at moment and in game advertising is worth billions potentially. I'm sitting tight n starting to get excited as strongly believe Bids has turned a corner now.

As usual do your own research.

Good luck holders

We've had this discussion before and its finish. A secured creditor has security over everything.

What shareholders await now is news of the proposed Irdeto funding that is yet to be voted on. Everything else is immaterial. Don't let BIDS fool you with any other RNS about deals etc.

Bidstack Group Plc and each English trading subsidiary provides a guarantee and indemnity under the Security Agreement and provides security, by way of fixed and floating charges (as applicable) over the shares of Bidstack Group Plc's subsidiaries, Group intellectual property, Group UK bank accounts and the amounts standing to the credit of them from time to time and Group insurance contracts.Irdeto didnt want to go anywhere near Bidstack SIA

aidenabettin - ".....in light of the recent success of the company in the judicial case raised by Azerion and the payment of outstanding funds due coupled with a new collabration with Azerion Bidstack will no longer proceed with the Irdeto CLN drawdown"

That's not how you spell 'collaboration' and companies don't use the term CLN they type out the full words Convertible Loan Notes.

You should know better than to try and fool someone who has an IQ 200 points higher than yours.
