That's not how you spell 'collaboration' and companies don't use the term CLN they type out the full words Convertible Loan Notes.

You should know better than to try and fool someone who has an IQ 200 points higher than yours.

is that upfront payment
1) £3m set aside and ring fenced
2) out of court settlement against all monies owed
3) Back payment for monies owed (true value) under previous contract agreement
4) Forward payment for a new contract agreement

If there's adverts showing in Madden then that's something BIDS and Irdeto can cash in on. Until Irdeto and their latest CLN funding package are told to FO it means nothing to PI shareholders.

This can go much further than 1p if they announce the Irdeto CLN proposal will not be put to shareholders as a result of receiving £3m from Azerion. If the CLN goes ahead then the Azerion deal and subsequent contracts are worthless to PI shareholders as they'll just be diluted into oblivion whilst BIDS and Irdeto cream PI money.

Girdz, not at all that's what I believe, they are not moving forward with Azerion until the 3million recieved so, they won't need the cln drawdown IMHO, so watch this space, perhaps early Feb everything will be clarified, of course could all go sideways but, personally don't think so. Just my opinion

On my floor cracking up. .Are you just a massive ramper or do you genuinely believe that. .Bidstack share price is going no where until they are straight with the market about funding and the CLN lurking in the back ground. .Trading update last year was early February. ..Could come at any time

Interesting how the bid is being increased in spite of more sells than purchases , so perhaps MM's short of stock having got wind of some more good news due imminently are topping up, exciting times ahead fingers crossed ! The share price can go thro roof or floor very quickly as seen from the charts, instinct tells me this could be 3-5p in next month or so! Here's hoping as usual do your own research. I'm sitting tight waiting for rocket to launch ! Good luck holders Seagull
