Flipped and sold yet the share price went up 100% from the placing. Surely it should have gone down with the stock being dumped

It wasn't being "dumped", it was being "placed" to the clients of the brokers that took the stock, they took a small turn, and sold on to their clients.

Flipped and sold yet the share price went up 100% from the placing. Surely it should have gone down with the stock being dumped.With a company that is going to be as big as BIDS you dont lose control of an increase in issued stock of 50% just dissipate into the open market.Stifel are in control of the 50% imo and I will stick with that

There's no TR1 because they went out to brokers on the day who flipped to their clients, we have explained this before.

They probably have enough to last them until June/July 2021 with no t/o. If they reach £1.5m this half, and do the same 1st half 2021,then they may need a small top up, ie £2m mid second half 2021.

One would assume that IF they do hit the target for this half, that 1st half 2021 would be somewhat better, and might be self sufficient by that stage.

After all the empty promises, you would think that the board were confident of hitting the current target, or getting close. If not, JD and others, would have to go.

I think Justin we would all be elated if they hit this half's target!!

question of when is that next fund raise.
even if company hits revenue targets they must raise by end March 2021 imo.
so 6 months to do some amazing things to get that share price back above 10p?

Good results from TM17 (and FDEV yday).
Theres a reason CDM,TM17,FDEV are all at or near all time highs and this is 88% down from its all time high and rated "Sucker Stock" by Stockopedia.
