I have a motto which has served me well in my 14 years of trading on the market. 1. Take out your money when you are 100% up ( sell half )2. Don't chase a spike ( or a share that's gone up several 100% in a few weeks)

I think both are good businesses. I built a nice holding in gfin about 2p average tucked away. Doing same here currently at about 6p average

jung, the order was placed around 2.15pm from a US broker.....
Share price was lowered almost on the dot from 2.30pm.
MM completed the order just after 4pm and booked it out at the close.
Any buying on the book prior to the open will see a small rally.

the reason for the sharp drop after 16.05 was the sell of 1.9m at 6.30p.
lets see what tomorrow brings

Did you expect the new owners to pay 30p?.Manipulated for mates rates and all being stalled for Brexit and UK-GDPR.This is a Unicorn being put together and the shareprice in the next 3 mo this is completely irrelevant

I also note some people putting emphasis on the apparent addition of the word 'very' when talking about h2 revenues:

"The Board continues to expect revenues for 2020 to be very significantly second half weighted and in line with market expectations for the year."

But exactly the same terminology was used in the agm statement at the end of may - there's nothing in it.

To hit the market expectations, a 5.5 x increase in revenues is required (target £1.5m). I'm sceptical, as they also say:

"Discussions are ongoing with a number of the world's largest video games developers and publishers to incorporate our software into their games. These ongoing commercial discussions and the due diligence we are undergoing, are far-reaching, multifaceted and complex. However the Board believes this strategy will bear fruit and will establish Bidstack as one of the leaders in this corner of the advertising industry."

And

"the size and scope of proposed advertising campaigns has increased substantially."

"ongoing" and "proposed" suggest this is very much still a work in progress, and we're already into h2.

Given the missed targets last year, it's a case of "I'll believe it when I see it" with bidstack for me.

Cash balance £5.9m

Cash burn £3.2m in the last 6 months to end June - £530k per month

Ignoring incoming revenues, and assuming no increase on cash burn, the next fund raise will be needed before may 2021.

Statement in the interim;

"the Directors believe, having considered all available information, including the cash resources currently available to the Group and the Company's proven ability to raise further equity funds from its supportive shareholder base, that the Group will have sufficient funds to meet its expected committed and contractual expenditure for the foreseeable future."

So they are assuming fund raises will be supported by shareholders. I.e. They will be needed.

Despite the hype and hyperbole of the last few days, my view remains intact - its a punt. No material news yet to support share price appreciation.

Anyone loading up is taking a big risk imo.

Oh dear....same old retrace, zero stability in this stock, just about at my wits end with it....wtf is draper doing ?.Useless is an understatement.
