Are their punters aware that their accounts have been used to flip stock?.Imagine if all that oversubscribed and scaled back placing was available to buy in the open market. You would think there would be a mad rush for it given that a well known institutional investor took 6%.I dont think you are telling the whole truth.It's all under total control but the reason why will have to be revealed at some point

But the TR-1's will come. Stifel make money out of the placing at the same time controlling the shareprice just like Spreadex are doing at TSI for Brandshield.Our Chairman has even set up a company for them..Still to find out who is joining him. According to the bidliebers this was meant to rocket back into double figures within days of the placing. Looks like the bucketshops are still shifting that huge overhang of placing stock.

You can use as many multiple accounts as you want but the fact remains BIDS are changing their corporate set up and Stifel the broker/mmis doing all it can to assist.Its total manipulation to allow a major corporate event to take place.Cant hide it for ever

As a publicly listed company would be a criminal offence to withhold the revenue figure.The fact is bids generates next to nothing compared to monthly spend of over GBP 500k.The cash raised last month will only last for 10 months max. Then what next?

But the structure of BIDS is having to be changed with JD and PF being diluted and why they didnt take part in the recent placing. The true revenue figures are being witheld imo and mean nothing. A new board structure will require an EGM as I cant see them just sitting it out until the next AGM. Stifel are holding on to a massive amount of stock.Who for?

That 5m is not just sitting in the bank. Will all be gone within 9 months and then back to placing by early 2021. This time expect 1p

Last year's revenue was GBP 140k. Target this year GBP 1.5m and imo will be lucky to even get GBP 1m.Compared to other tech start ups a fair valuation would be about 1p share price ( GBP 4m Market cap)

Hubert's! Thank you for that!How often have l said that is the case that little stocks that are any good are driven down and plucked up by those with clout. I hadn't realised it was a very British phenomenon.
