On "paper" they paid 300 grand for it. But that was about 10 times too much. Thankfully they paid in shares valued at 34p each! Now the shares have reduced to almost a tenth of that value it values that business about right.

The vendors agreed to a lockin of 12 months. Although I doubt they adhered to it. Those gentlemens agreements made in the City of London never get enforced...

The consideration for the transaction of £300,000 will be entirely satisfied by the issue and allotment of 869,565 Bidstack ordinary shares credited as fully paid at a price of 34.5 pence per share ("Consideration Shares").

Each of Justin Wenczka, Chris Damski, Dan Hapgood and Andrew Stevens have agreed not to sell any of their Consideration Shares for twelve months following completion save in certain limited circumstances and for the following twelve months to sell their shares only through a broker nominated by the Company. Mercia has agreed not to sell any of its funds' Consideration Shares for six months following completion save in certain limited circumstances.

In the financial year from 1 May 2017 to 30 April 2018 Minimised Media it made an unaudited loss of approximately £270k. In the period from 1 May to 31 December 2018 it made an unaudited loss of approximately £177k. As at 31 December 2018 the unaudited net assets of Minimised Media were approximately £28k.

New Ad category?.That suggests to me they are not going to be dependent on individual games/developers but an entire sector.They cant do that organically imo so I expect to see multiple M&A activity and BIDS certainly have the people in place to do it at scale.#accumulate

Let's just hope lots of good stuff has been building, it takes time to build a new add category and I suspect fine tuning the tech is responsible for the delays so far.I never expected revenue to be hit last year bec of that.But now the goodies should come thick n fast.

agree, all or nothing this next 6 months or so.
last publisher i can find was announced 6 dec 2018 and that was codemasters.
happy to be corrected if i have missed anyone, and that suggests 19 mths and little to no progress?

I know, and the dream will die....seems like we been here forever Girdz.Will it or won't it get traction ?.....i know they can't disclose info but this is ridiculous.Its all or nothing now, though it could even drag on for another year with no coms.

Bang on there count. .Nothing material out of bids for ages despite the promise of games inventory in h1 20. .If it doesn't happen soon gonna be a struggle to get the revenues estimate for this year

So some one else has watched and nothing to show that bids are involved in any in game ads for watch dog or hyper space. .Probably just going to be months of speculation that amount to sweet FA
