02/10/2012 11:56 | I also received a wide ranging e mail at abou the same date but recent requests for info have not been answered. Just seeing if anyone else is getting no reply. | tiger60
01/10/2012 18:44 | tiger60 - here's the email response I got on 9/8/12 Dear Luke, We are still working closely with our tax advisors regarding the potential tax exposure in either the UK or the Philippines and thus our tax exposure has not been determined yet. The Company has submitted its Environmental Impact Assessment in late April but since we have a combination of Mining Licences and Exploration Licences the report and approval process is significantly more detailed and prolonged than in the case for an EIA for exploration only. EIA approval for 10 Mining and Exploration licences such as ours usually takes at least 120 days. In the mean time, while we await the EIA approval we are continuing with our geophysics based exploration programme. Best Regards, Bernard | king suarez
01/10/2012 14:58 | yeah yeah cos you know it all. THere are 1000s more volatile and interesting stocks to short but you seem fixated on this. Fine short away. | tiger60
01/10/2012 14:49 | could be bad news from what i am hearing. | tbg123
01/10/2012 12:09 | Around the Eureka update - It was stated by the company that lcensing news takes around 120 days from delivery. BZT submitted all the info on the ten licenses on 18th April - obviously we are way passed the 120days now and the local Jujuy Govt have still not released any info and nor have BZT. I have a feeling the non reply on the subject may revolve around iminent newsflow but it would be good to see if anyone else can get an update. | tiger60
01/10/2012 11:02 | Tiger60, I received a response to my email several weeks ago. This was in reponse to a request for info on the potential tax liability of a sale of Mankayan and a timescale for info on Eureka. What are your questions to the BOD? KS | king suarez
01/10/2012 09:51 | Got a feeling an anouncement is just around the corner - for better or worse - the latest couple of e mails direct to the company have remained unanswered, whereas previously they were returned within a day or so. Can someone else try to contact them and see if the same happens. | tiger60
27/9/2012 09:20 | Football Federation South Australia. Think he's got the wrong continent.... | king suarez
26/9/2012 21:56 | No movement on the "ffsa" what is that tbg? | tiger60
26/9/2012 18:21 | Yes, it's terrible tbg123. In fact, so bad I'd stop posting here if I were you... | king suarez
24/9/2012 11:19 | Not directly relevant to BZT but interesting and good news for the Philippines. | abacus23
21/9/2012 20:07 | Absolute rubbish as usual - one eyed, purely selfish and without perspective u are without doubt a"...... | tiger60
21/9/2012 14:36 | THe problem I have is that the option was set to complete in january due to acquisition budget constraints in 2012 with the final payment of FSE due. It would now seem that the granting of the FTAA may well slip into next year. This will give Gold Fields a dilemma of deciding on the option prior to becoming a majority owner at FSE. Also fed up with the lack of communication on Eureka. The stakes are growing. | tiger60
21/9/2012 13:08 | 90 billion rand market cap, and you think £63m is anything other than pin money ?? | currypasty
21/9/2012 12:58 | just cant see how goldfields will have the money to pay us 63m when their operations are being so heavily disrupted. | tbg123
14/9/2012 17:48 | QE3 not doing us any favours on the cable...would imagine it is only a matter of time before BoE joins in the printing frenzy... Anyone have an idea of timeframes once GF excercise their option ? In terms of paperwork, payment and BZT SH payout ? | mazag2
12/9/2012 09:38 | Look I am not taking anything for granted and just happy if the option is exercised - after that it is a matter of what premium will be added to the share price Whether 28 or 31 its all cream. As to the 35p I am the one telling investors to keep it realistic. At the moment it would be 30p other than that it is all about the FX rate which I wont try to predict. Gold and copper jump yet again and we fall back. The 120days is well and truly up, approaching the 150 mark with still no news. Nothing in terms of broker reports, press or presentations. Just no noise at all. They need to do more, much more. They need to tell us about their 'communications' with gold fields. Give us information to weigh up our investment. At a time when the excitement here should be ramping up we are sat with a mkt cap of less than 17m. | tiger60
12/9/2012 09:19 | are you banking on 30-35p range and unhappy that it might not hit this figure ? caution and conservative outlook for me re the possible payout - happy to be surprised to the upside. basically - 5c movement in te FX rate = 1p | mazag2
11/9/2012 16:45 | well if you know the future then take up an FX position. | tiger60
11/9/2012 15:09 | at current cable fx rates... | mazag2 |
