Eureka valuation is my only concern. It cost us relatively little, Argentina is no ones friend within industry and commerce after the treatment of Repsol. I'm really not sure 35/40p is the range after the divi payment, as you said though about £22mio will be retained in the company for working capital.

30p special divi, and that should leave a share price of 35p/40p+ after the divi is paid, dont forget eureka is worth alot, and after divi there is still 33million cash to play with.

They are intent on returning 50% - around 32p and retaining the other 50% so pre dividend on the option alone it is around the 60p mark plus whatever value you attribute to Eureka.

So if 10p as you state then a price (pre dividend) of 70p is realistic.

However, there are so many people that are so negative about Eureka. yes there are issues but I trust the board and initial studies look exciting (suitable for cheaper open pit mining)

What is the guess on the valuation (real worth) of the Argentinian asset? If we are due an approx 30p per share as a special divi how much is already in the price? My only concern is that if the Argentinian asset has a value of 10p per share (67mio x 10p=£6.7mio)then we already have a share premium of 13p leaving at max 17p value add.
Is Argentina realy worth £6.7mio? Am I missing something here?

Granted it was

But it shows they can't read charts very well and also they can't read macro changes to the area in which they trade ie their timing was bad

Bet they wish they were buying now at 20% less

Re GOLD

The $USD looks set to go HIGHER .... if so GOLD should go BELOW $1500

It seems that we are entering the 'BULL TRAP' scenario ...

Tiger,
I agree with your comments, patience is the key here as long as you do not need to sell up before the end of January you will be well rewarded.

Mkt Cap £14.5. Last reported cash balance £6.1m (end of March).

Board confident of option uptake and payment of $63m and Eureka progressing as planned.

Just painful waiting for the turnaround...

Caroline frank if you have to pump a company so much then it's probably not as good as you think it is .good companies sell themselves.thanks but no thanks.

Because they cant until early 2013 thats why, there funds are allocated for 2012 financial year, or i read something to that effect anyway, and are resource aint going any where is it, its been there millions of years already(so a few years more dont matter to us anyway), remember every share is going down with the markets not just us.

So why then Daytraders have they not jumped in with both feet ?

Because banks and the WHOLE global economy is tanking maybe ?

Perhaps because they can buy cheaper in the future ..... that being when China and India settle down .... which could take years

Signs the FTAA approval might not be far away - the granting of this would be a big stepping stone for BZT's option uptake.
