This is mind boggling, apparently Americans haven't had real property rights since the 80s.
What a spectacular mess, this is the country that does it bigger then anyone else, and they have done themselves proud lately.
The land of fraud and theft by securitisation staggers from one scandal to the next, while a the global audience looks on, shocked and awed.

I doubt they can "kick them out at any time"! More likely the 7 year contracts had break clauses at 3 years with six months notice prior to exercising the break clause.

Gold: Strong Bullish Action

Mary Anne & Pamela Aden
The Aden Sisters
Posted Oct 15, 2010

Gold's strength is unusual. Just when we thought that gold was taking a breather from its stellar rise, it quickly turned up.

Gold has already surpassed its June record high. Its decline through July was moderate, giving up less than 8%, and this action is bullish.

Someone is clearly buying up gold at every opportunity. Is it central banks, hedge funds, or nervous investors? We think it's all of the above.

Jim Rogers on the potential for alternate energy

Jim Rogers :There is enormous potential in alternate energy. The world needs new energy sources. Some day I will come to Mumbai and I am going to see windmills on all the roofs or solar panels on all the roofs, but some day is a long way from now. But if you can find good companies in the shale gas or in the windmill business or in the solar panel business, you will probably make a lot of money because it has a great future. Oil reserves are declining, energy usage is rising. Find somebody who can produce relatively cheaply alternate energy and you will make a fortune. "

Gerald Celente: "The selloff of America"

Russia Today
Oct 14, 2010

Financial institutions on Wall Street are preparing to pay a shocking record $144 billion dollars in compensation & benefits. This amid spiraling foreclosures and an economic crisis that has devastated Americans, leaving many out in the street. Gerald Celente of the Trends Research Institute says that the gap between rich and poor in the US will continue to get larger because of the bank bailout that Washington shelled out in 2008.

Jim Rogers: Federal Reserve Will Implode
Last night at the Mises Institute in Auburn, Alabama, author, investor and global traveller, Jim Rogers, was awarded the prestigious Schlarbaum Prize for the lifetime defense of liberty.

Rogers told attendees to the event that the United States has had two central banks prior to the Federal Reserve and that they both disappeared. He said he fully expected the same thing to happen to the Federal Reserve. He charged that Ben Bernanke as Fed chairman only knows how to print money, and that this money printing policy of the Fed will cause it to collapse from within.

Rogers also called for an audit of Fort Knox and raised questions as to the quantity and quality of the gold there.

He said that the Great Britain was the world power of the 19th century, the United States the power of the 20th century and that China will be the world power of 21st century.

Rogers, who now lives in Singapore, said that he is making sure that both his daughters learn Mandarin.

He said that he remains bullish on gold and silver (although he warned of short-term pullbacks from time to time) and was generally bullish on commodities, specifically mentioning rice and sugar. He also was bullish on farm land and said the new millionaires will be those who own farm land.

After the event, I caught up with Rogers and asked him about a new report by Roubini Global Economics that states the demographics in China were changing, that the country was getting older and that this will result in a slowing of the growth in China. He agreed China's population was getting older, but disputed that this would slow China down.

"Roubini has only been right once in his life," Rogers told me, "and that time he was right for the wrong reasons, so its probably a very bullish sign for China that he is bearish."

Worse case sales fall to £3.5m by 2014 (not allowing for any new sites opening) and at a net margin of circa 5% would mean PTP of £150,000pa X 5 = business is still worth £750k plus cash of £2.25m = £3m or 23p per share and has NAV of 23p-27p with 18p per share cash.

Would not be surprised to see them take it private now
