10/1/2007 09:38 | Lets not forget that they were a company having troubles as well. They will need to be sorted out alongside the acquisition integration. I think we can expect to see this continue to drop back pending the dilution from new shares and prior to any solid news for the future But that said I am probably going to put in a bet sized holding for a long term hold as soon as I think we are nearing the bottom. | sper
05/1/2007 10:21 | QS9, may be I am more optimistic than you to suggest that next stop technically is 80p, however this is the start of a new company coming together under new management who already have a strategy so long term could be even more exciting! | parvez
05/1/2007 09:49 | great dip to sub 40p...didn't last very long...looks like they are trying to get stock cheaply, agree: short-term this is looking very very strong...could be wrong as ever, but market cap still small so high % rise very possible | qs9
05/1/2007 09:29 | I would have thought that is very short-term. These guys have a good track record and institutions may want to get in at the bottom of what is likely IMHO to be an exciting ride. | parvez
05/1/2007 09:09 | looks good for 50p+ short-term me thinks....city buying into management pretty big here..... | qs9
04/1/2007 14:56 | agreed. see they are trying to get stock on board and this will be all over the press tomorrow too.. | parvez
04/1/2007 13:26 | lots of headroom here IMO...just the start by the looks of things | qs9
04/1/2007 10:55 | Not a dog anymore but a bull!! Watch this well... Berkeley Scott proposes share subsription to give co control to Bowmer, Reeves LONDON (AFX) - Berkeley Scott Group PLC said former Adecco SA chairman John Bowmer and Tony Reeves are to hold 62.6 pct of the company and use it as a consolidation vehicle for the recruitment sector following their proposed subscription to 14.2 mln shares. Bowmer and Reeves are to become non-executive co-chairmen following the proposed 17.5 pence a share subscription, which will raise around 2.5 mln stg. The hospitality and leisure service staffing company said Bowmer and Reeves plan to use the company as a vehicle for consolidation of what they see as a fragmented market, growing the business both organically and by acquisition. It said the proceeds of the subscription will be used to refinance existing debt and to provide additional funding for ongoing working capital requirements. Roddy Watt, Berkely Scott founder and chief executive, will relinquish his position and step down from the board. Reeves will become acting chief executive until a permanent replacement is recruited. The proposed board-recommended subscription is subject to, among other conditions, shareholder approval. newsdesk@afxnews.com | parvez

10/4/2004 15:26 | See that Terry Sadler is back with an AIM IPO called York Pharma in a few weeks. Just received the prospectus and looks interesting. Whilst Bioglan was obviously a complete disaster, I suspect the management team have learnt a few lessons for the next time around. | simonevans
