The Berkeley Group Annual accounts and the News media have mentioned that a past Group Finance Director had been in dispute with the company concerning his unproven accusation that the Company had colluded with a Land Agent to purchase land at potentially unfair advantage to the sellers and other prospective purchasers.
As this is not a totally implausible accusation i wonder if any land owners and fellow developers have commenced any speculative legal action against BKG for Lost Profits ?
