Unlisted Options

Berkeley Energia Limited ("Berkeley" or the "Company") advises that it has issued 2,000,000 unlisted options exercisable at A$0.40 each on or before 31 December 2025. Furthermore, 10,088,625 unlisted options exercisable at GBP0.60 each expired on 30 November 2022.

Following the issue and expiry of unlisted options, Berekley has the following securities on issue:

   --      445,796,715 ordinary fully paid ordinary shares; 
   --      2,900,000 unlisted options exercisable at A$0.35 each on or before 31 December 2022; 
   --      15,132,937 unlisted options exercisable at GBP0.75 each on or before 30 May 2023; 
   --      3,700,000 unlisted options exercisable at A$0.40 each on or before 31 December 2023; 
   --      25,221,562 unlisted options exercisable at GBP1.00 each on or before 30 November 2023; and 
   --      2,000,000 unlisted options exercisable at A$0.40 each on or before 31 December 2025.
