Expiry of Unlisted Options

Berkeley Energia Limited ("Berkeley" or the "Company") advises that 2,900,000 unlisted options exercisable at A$0.35 each expired on 31 December 2022.

Following the expiry of unlisted options, Berekley has the following securities on issue:

   --      445,796,715 ordinary fully paid ordinary shares; 
   --      15,132,937 unlisted options exercisable at GBP0.75 each on or before 30 May 2023; 
   --      25,221,562 unlisted options exercisable at GBP1.00 each on or before 30 November 2023; 
   --      3,700,000 unlisted options exercisable at A$0.40 each on or before 31 December 2023; and 
   --      2,000,000 unlisted options exercisable at A$0.40 each on or before 31 December 2025.
